Tracy French of The French Connection Events made my Destination wedding! Without her, I am confident it would not have been the huge success that it was. I knew that I wanted to have a destination wedding but had no idea where to start with choosing the right resort and I was quickly overwhelmed by the different options and the amount of cost and time it would take to decide and coordinate a wedding that my guests would love without going insane.

I'm so glad I engaged with Tracy when I did because she helped us through every step of the process.

She is thoughtful and efficient in her communications and worked with me to understand the vision we had for our day and then presented us with 4 options that fit our vision and budget.

She then worked with us throughout the entire process to coordinate guest hotel arrangements, work with the resort and all external vendors, and ensured the décor and coordination was executed flawlessly on the wedding day.

My husband and I got to truly enjoy our trip and wedding because I had complete trust in Tracy. I did not have to worry about all of the little details as I knew that she and her team had it covered.

Tracy has expertise unlike anyone else I found when I was originally searching for a planner. It was wonderful to have her in my corner throughout the wedding planning process. This saved me from countless hours researching and coordinating with vendors. I had monthly calls with Tracy where she presented me with options and all I had to do was provide feedback and select from the all-great options that she provided.

Tracy coordinated all of our guest travel which was a lifesaver for me! When my guests asked miscellaneous questions, I was able to direct them to her. There are so many details that go into coordinating travel for a group of 50 including so many questions from individual guests that Tracy handled flawlessly.

Everyone had such a great time! Tracy came to the destination to execute the actual wedding weekend which was invaluable to ensuring that everything ran smoothly. For example, the day that Tracy arrived she realized that the location for our welcome party would get very buggy at night and was able to work with the venue to move dinner inside all without me having to do anything. It is so helpful that she is working directly with the resort, as I would never have considered so many of the things that she helped us to execute and coordinate, and resolved little issues as soon as they came up.

I would recommend Tracy to any Bride looking to plan a destination wedding - I could not have had such a successful event without her help and am truly grateful for all of the work that she did to make our wedding so special.

This past week we were BLESSED to attend an incredible wedding for some of our best friends through Tracy French of The French Connection Events. She sent constant emails with extremely detailed information starting from the beginning of the year to literally the morning of the wedding. I had never been to a resort like this out of the country and she made it seamless, down to even the transportation to and from the airport and what to do the minute you get off the plane. Booking through her we were able to get rooms in the preferred club which made the experience even more luxurious. No request was too big. We were golf carted to our check in area and we’re given margaritas while the incredible staff at the Dreams Tulum resort gave us the rundown. We were escorted to our room and our bags were waiting for us! The rehearsal dinner that Tracy put on was insane. A beautiful start with cocktails on the main patio overlooking the fountains and gardens. The dinner was perfect, not too long, not too short. But the wedding… oh my… the sky deck overlooking the beach was transformed into a beautiful oasis with gorgeous tropical flowers. And just when you think it can’t get any better… we were literally escorted by a mariachi band to the reception… like come on. We walked into this private garden with a cocktail area set up. Beautiful bubble lights, disco balls, garlands, you name it. Perfection. The bar area was so cute, of course shout out to the resort bartenders, so attentive and friendly. The table settings were like something out of a movie. There was even a light up dance floor…

Tracy is incredible, it wasn’t even my wedding and I was just constantly walking around with my jaw on the floor. She is the most helpful and patient, especially even if you screw up trying to book your room (oops).

She is the person you’d want to do your best friends wedding, your wedding, everyone’s wedding… she will not let you down and she will do it so beautifully

Tracy was excellent to work with! She was prompt to respond to us and met all of our requests! And then some!! We visited two different resorts, which she handled all of the details for us, and we were able to enjoy the entire experience from start to finish! Including all of the transportation. It gave us such peace of mind, and when we had a question- she had the answer! She walked us through all of the deadlines.. sending reminders so that we didn’t miss anything required. All of the traveling details were taken care of - all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. And we did just that!! She was a pleasure to work with!
