Bailey and her team are truly the best in the business! If you are looking for a wedding planner who is efficient, diligent, communicative, supportive, organized, AND super friendly - look no further than Bailey Rose and her team. As a television producer, I plan a lot of different kinds of shoots, but I have never planned a wedding - especially a destination wedding in a foreign country - and truly had no idea where to begin. Bailey was truly a godsend every step of the way! She was so on top of everything and was always thinking five steps ahead of me during the planning process. She answered all of my questions and made me feel seen and heard, then went to bat for me with vendors making sure they understood my vision and wishes. She even went on a scout with my husband and I to our venue in Mexico, and met with the wedding team at our resort so they knew she was our point of contact. She handles everything with grace, class, and the perfect amount of assertiveness. She is exactly who you want on your team as a bride to be. She made everything so smooth and stress free on my wedding day and went above and beyond my expectations. I am in awe of her capabilities and talents as a wedding planner, and as a human being. Bailey and her team are top notch. Always calm, cool and collected under pressure and gave us a sense of ease that we needed throughout the stress of wedding planning. Also knew exactly when/where to intervene and pulling some strings for us to get exactly what we wanted on our wedding day! Went above and beyond our expectations for a wedding planner. Detail oriented, patient, kind, and able to successfully manage new relationships with vendors while leveraging existing relationships to make our day as perfect as possible.
