This is hardly an RV RESORT! Booked a 2 week stay and left after 6 nights, disgusting…ducks and ferel cats everywhere. Long term residents feed them, duck poop everywhere…talk about a depressing place, I think the homeless hanging outside the front entrance are better off than those in the park!!! Place is a complete eyesore, rv’s are thrown in amongst old disgusting mobile homes…🤮

Holiday Travel Park in Holiday , Fla has been a FANTASTIC experience! From the time of my initial phone call to the follow up and arrangements made by Staff , to accommodating my specific needs and then to the Staff member who graciously helped me with a repair , I can't thank everyone enough and am very impressed with their services! I LOVE my spot and am planning on returning in the near future!

Have a 23’ trailer. Stayed here because we are members of Thousand Trails. Guess there was a reason why this was the only place I could get a reservation on short notice. Most spots are by permanent residents.
Very tight roads and narrow spots. YOU NEED A SURGE SUPPRESSOR. The first day we stayed there was a big surge.
Water pressure a little on the low side. The sewer hook up is in the concrete so it was a little difficult to hook that up.
Bathrooms are not air conditioned.
Now for the good parts - the library and club house is great! Pool tables, competition shuffleboard, horse shoes, and corn hole courts. Pool looked nice.
Pet friendly but no free run area. I didn’t see any strip club as prior reviews mentioned but there is a liquor store and lounge, restaurant, and grocery within walking distance. Very short drive to the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs.
I liked the location but I too wasn’t going to be walking around at night. There were a lot of homeless people hanging out by the entrance to the park.

We came here in our RV. The streets are extremely narrow and the spots they give Thousand Trails members are in the middle of mobile homes with porches that extend all the way to the street. On top of this, the spots are barely angled making it almost impossible to get a 30’ bumper pull into the spits. The bathrooms are really gross and are not cleaned very often. Barrington Hills up 19 is much more appropriate as an RV park.

We stayed here this past week with our Thousand Trails membership, so it was “free” for us. They replaced the front entrance sign while we were there, which is a symbol of the upgrades occurring around the place. All washer/dryer machines accept credit/debit cards, which made paying so much easier than planning ahead & getting quarters. Also, there are multiples buildings throughout the park that have shower & laundry facilities, so there are not lines for either. The sites have picnic tables & concrete pads, though the sites themselves are on grass. There are a ton of permanent structures with seasonal snowbirds, but they are very nice & friendly towards kids. Lots of dogs being walked, people bicycling, & an overall feeling of happiness & safety. We had the only two children we saw the entire week we were there, & there is no playground. BUT, the location is perfect for accessing the sponge docks of Tarpon Springs, the city life of Tampa (Zoo, Children’s Museum, Bayshore Blvd, etc.), the beach vibes of Clearwater, & the amazing playgrounds & sunsets of Dunedin. Oh, & the office is great with package deliveries, if you online shop, like us!

I love this area. Quiet great camp place. Lot's of activities such as heated pool, horse shoes, shuffle board, darts, pool tables in club house, Bingo & More!!!! Come see nature's creatures like duck's and their chickys and Cardinals and even malard ducks. Its beautiful there.

Nothing but rv parking.
No wifi, no pool outside of a 8-5pm m-f window. No activities. Nothing.
I got here at 530 no one at office. No grounds person. No code to get in bathroom. Left message on answering machine but no one called me back yet. I did talk to 2 separate people on golf carts and both were dunker than hell and couldn't tell me anything but some guy works here but you can never find him.
I will say park is clean but how in the world do you run a park with nothing after 5pm and nothing on weekends. Thank God I called in the morning and found out what lot# I was supposed to go to.
The lot we got is literally is a stones throw from the highway entrance. .i got a 5year old not safe with people flying into the park.
This is NOT camping or resort it's parking. No wonder they still had availability on a holiday weekend.
If this is how their other properties are run than I'm never going to another one. I was told about a thousand trails membership when I first booked. This place is definitely not selling it.
Ohh I wasn't even told till I called this morning that pool schedule is so screwed up.
They should have that posted online. Not cool especially with kids looking forward to getting away and going swimming.
Update:
Went in to office since someone came in on Saturday. I asked about everything like No Pool No Fires No WIFI. The response I got was all due to COVID. I complained that it should be on website and was then told I could leave and have refund other than that call corporate.
Leave and go where? every place in area was booked.
Talked to some residence that live there and was told since takeover it gone down hill for service.

Do not go here with 40' 5th wheel. We had site 495 pull-thru. Old park with 99% very old permanent mobile trailer homes with covered parking awnings to the edge of the small road. Very tight! Club house was not clean and cat poop (?) was on the pool deck.
