Sunshine Key RV Resort is a true gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and breathtaking views of the ocean. The location is unbeatable—nestled right in the heart of the Florida Keys, making it a perfect base for exploring nearby attractions like Bahia Honda State Park and Key West.

The amenities are top-notch. The sites are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with full hookups and easy access. The resort has everything you need: a pool to cool off in, a marina for fishing or boating, and even bike rentals for exploring the island. We also appreciated the on-site store, which was stocked with essentials and some great local souvenirs.

The sunsets here are out of this world! Every evening felt like a front-row seat to a private show of nature’s beauty.

A little piece of paradise that we look forward to returning to year after year. The security, office/front desk, marina, and maintenance staff are very friendly and we really enjoy returning to see the same smiling faces every year. While there will always be complainers, we love all of the positive aspects of Sunshine Key. Not one single place has a marina with easy ocean access to great fishing waters, heated pool, great beach and swimming areas for water activities, dog friendly, mail services, activities, clean grounds, close proximity to town, etc. etc. etc. |We recently had a maintenance issue for the 1st time in years and the crew beat us back to our site to address it. We hope to continue to return for as long as possible!

I have visited this park several times over the years. Everything starts with the staff from booking to arrival/check in. Thats where my 5 star review starts. As a bonus the staff informs you on a daily basis of what's going on in the park.|Next the park itself is well maintained with plenty of amenities and ample space for my 45 foot rv, kayak and two cars. The location and views are excellent if you like plenty of water vewing as I do. Overall it's just a great experience and I am considering a third visit this season.

Stayed with my sister in her RV. They stay here for 3 months each winter. There's small cottages that you can rent but I have any info. Great pool and activities to stay active. I walked over 7000 steps during zumba class!
Place is quite expensive, I couldn't afford to rent here.😊

We stayed in one of their travel trailers “cabins”. The unit we were in showed its weathered age but it was very clean and everything worked great.

This is a remarkable resort with all the amenities anyone could want. From fishing to a nice pool and sunsets that are truly captivating.

This is a fantastic place to take your RV in the mid-Keys. We’ve visited 3 times so far with our family of 5 - each time for about a week during December or January - and we’ve been satisfied enough to keep coming back. Our favorite part is that the RV park takes up the entirety of the small key. It feels private and has great island vibes. Full service marina and boat launch (where manatees frequently visit). Gas stations for both your vehicle and your boat. Nice community center with a regular schedule of activities for kids and adults. Clean heated pool. Easy access to Bahia Honda State Park (which has some of the best beaches in the Keys). And just a short drive to Key West if you want to immerse yourself in more touristy sorts of things. Highly recommend!

A very nice quite resort. There were activities most nights including bingo, movies, and farmers market. The sites are large enough to park the truck next to the trailer and still have room for visiting and using the picnic table provided. There is a pier to enjoy the sunset and fish. A fish cutting table is available near the marina. We got to see the manatees and some small sharks.

Great location. The waterfront sites are beautiful. The pool and playground were nice, and the park was very child friendly. There is NO hot tub which was a negative. We very much enjoyed the activities they provided. It was a nice trip down to Key West and Marathon Key was very close as well.
