Although the room was not floating on the water, it was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The water pressure and hot water in the shower was perfect! The location was exactly what we needed to be at a good midway point in the Keys. For the location, ease of check in, and cleanliness, the price was well worth it!

False advertising, no floating room, not on water at all. No money has been spent on room upkeep in decades. I wouldn't let my dog stay there after he went hunting! Beds are gross and 40 years plus old and so gross underneath sheet, I was afraid to lie down but did out of shear exhaustion. Shower floor was cracked open and my heel got stuck in the floor. 200 watt light outside lit up our room like daytime, I loosened bulb so we could sleep and someone tightened it back on and woke me up with the light in my face. I then removed the bulb entirely! Floor tiles were all loose. I Couldn't wash my knees in shower because it's so small you can't bend over. Never saw a worse room, except pictures of rooms in Aushwitz. They should give you money for staying there due to filth and dangerous black mold on ceiling. This place is a law suit waiting to happen.

Great location, friendly staff, easy parking, good price. Sheets and towels were clean. TV and fridge worked. Air conditioner is a clunker but worked well. The rooms are not fancy but it's a cool old funky place and I felt safe and comfortable. Just wear your flip flops and enjoy. Recommend.

It’s a beautiful little spot and it reminds me of an efficiency. I had room 9, it had 2 twin sized beds and one full bed. I had a cute little couch. Little side tables and lamp shades. There was a tv but idk if it worked because I never tried it. The only thing I can say is that the beds are a little firm and stuff; personally I have a thing for medium firmness with a pillow top but not a big deal. If your in the keys your not spending much time in the room i still slept great anyway; but on this kind of vacation give the money to the local owner who will make sure your happy and spend your money on your adventures. The shower though top tier very good water pressure and wide range in temperature. The air conditioning if that a big deal for you is no questions asked it works it’s so cold!!!

More importantly the people who own the place Mike A. and Jim at the front desk are so kind. Mike allowed us to check in way past our time and helped us so much with accommodations and he was a great conversation. Jim was helpful when we went to leave our car battery died and he helped us to jump start the car and was so polite as well.

The location is right off us1 going south it will be on your left, going north it will be on the right. It’s on the water and the dock has a beautiful view. The chevron gas station is next to it by coco plum.

I definitely suggest don’t read the other reviews because I almost did trust them and would’ve missed this gem.

We got a double room. It is a older building, our room was very well decorated with chairs and painting, very well cleaned. The person at the office was a very friendly and helpful. The place is very well located.

Awesome customer service, the owner Mike is super helpful. Now obviously the rooms aren’t gonna be fancy, but at this price it sure beats boondocking it in a tent. Let me tell you, after spending a night sleeping in my car, this place felt like the Taj Mahal. Highly recommend!!!

Older establishment. Great view! Very small room that had everything we needed! Clean throughout, great shower, friendly staff.

Complete dump. Beware. Dock is dangerous. Rooms are filthy. Rice and dog hair in bed. Manager never answers. Police issues. Lights light up room all night. Bed hard as a brick. Toilet disgusting. Covered entire bed with towels in hopes not catching a disease. Do not go there with children!!!!
