Overall a comfortable stay. The vibe was low-key and family friendly. The reception desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast dining area is spacious and has a small, little kid's play area, which our daughter and her friends enjoyed. However, we were not happy with all the paper, plastic and styrofoam in the dining area. Would like to see Hampton Inn switch to reusable materials like ceramic, silverware and glass in an effort to reduce waste. The common areas of the hotel appeared clean and neatly organized and the grounds well-manicured. Agree with another reviewer that charging $10/day for parking is off-brand for a Hampton Inn. I'll add Marathon is a worthwhile stop mid-Keys to visit places like Sombrero Beach, Sunset Park, Turtle Hospital, and Aquarium Encounters.

I've stayed here at least 15 times for business and brought my wife. We both love how peaceful it is. Never seems crowded. The pool/hot tub are great with a tiki bar. There is a small deck on the water also.
The Manager Jill is a fantastic person and will make sure you have a great stay.

The room was acceptable and about average for a Hampton Inn. (We had a King study.) The breakfast was OK. You would think in Florida that there at least would be bananas available as fruit. They were not. Upon arrival around 7 pm in early February I ask at the desk for local restaurant recommendations, the desk clerk tried to explain their order from the local chef program. I wasn't really interested and they never really provided any information on restaurants. So a check of Google maps was our source. Were disgusted to find that there was a $10 fee for self park in the large parking lot on the grounds. This is not an inner city hotel with a parking garage just you usual hotel on a road. I've parked at other Hampton's in resort areas and had to get a parking pass but never pay for self parking in a open lot. I would have considers a different hotel if it were obvious on the reservation page. Every other day service was non-existent. For the price it was only 2 stars.

Way overpriced around the Christmas holiday and our rate fluctuated from day to day versus staying the same for the entire 3 day/3 night reservation. Did not seem fair at all. Rooms are nice but starting to get run down. Housekeeping was fair. I cleaned our floor and our shower. We are loyal Diamond customers but were put in a room facing the parking lot to start with. The hotel was not full at all so we immediately asked to be moved to the other side for a pool view. Be sure to wear bug spray. I was eaten alive on our balcony. Pool not heated. Nice hot tub. Work out room thermostat broken so very warm in there. We told the front desk. Pillows are yellow. Free laundry is a perk for sure. Nice, clean breakfast area. Nice places to sit and relax inside and outside. Will not return. Much nicer and cheaper places to stay at Panama City Beach. 3.8/5.0 for rating.

This is a newer property (~6 years old) and is very nice. The property has a nice pool and tiki bar area, a waterfront dock where you can feed the fish (it also has a derelict boat sunken nearby, but this just added to the character). We stayed for three nights in an upstairs room. Similar to the Key Largo Hampton property, it consists of a collection of two story buildings and is a little more spread out than your typical city Hampton. This was not a problem, there is ample parking, and plenty of luggage carts available. The breakfast room is quite large and had a good selection each morning. There is also a menu available to order from all day - chicken wings, sandwiches, salads. We did not order, but enjoyed the Tiki bar each evening. Pool area was very pleasant with plenty of seating options and games for kids.

Stay away from this dump! The room was musty and smelled like carpet was never cleaned, shower was dirty and disgusting with mold everywhere (I took pics) after I complained they said that maintenance would fix it in the morning and they were in my room just to find out they did nothing! to top it off they charge you 10.00 for parking like if we were using a valet service and there is no such service at this hotel, how can you charge your guest 10.00 to self park? That totally insane! I have stay at 5 star resorts nationwide such as Ritz Carlton and the likes and they don't even charge for self parking! This place is a joke and it's disgusting!

We usually stay at a Hilton Hotel and since we had our teenager with us, I wanted a place with free breakfast. This Hampton needs to give lessons to all hotels around the world on how to keep a hotel clean, staffed with friendly employees, and overall perfectly meeting all our family needs. Including room service from I assume the yummy restaurant next door. The breakfast was great, the decor details makes you feel welcome and the front desk was always accommodating. Plus, the hotel has a little mid-century vibe. Loved it!

Absolutely a great find. We booked though a third party site, and based on previous experience with the site and how affordable the room was, we didn’t have super high expectations. However, we were blown away with the quality and service. The room was adorable and clean, and the staff was kind and friendly. Li at the front desk went out of his way to advise places to see nearby, Troy the bartender was engaging and gave great service.
