Centrally located, which allowed us to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The grounds were clean with lots of plants and several places to sit/ hang out. Service was great, especially breakfast staff and bartender! Room was clean and had a mini fridge. Sunday morning’s band was a touch of class. Pool was clean and heated. We were there with several couple friends celebrating a 50th birthday party!

We loved our three night stay. Our room was cozy and boasted high ceilings. The bar/breakfast area about great. Breakfast a good blend of healthy choices and treats. The staff attentive and helpful. The location was close enough to everything. We used the properties bikes a good bit including a beach trip. My only suggestion is that our room lacks counter space in bathroom and room. Even a hidden folding table would help a bit for those who need it.

Sad to be writing this review. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the concept is good, however this is severely let down by the lacking quality of finishing touches. We stayed here for four nights and regret the choice we made. This hotel is more like a basic hostel. On check in we had to ask for the bags to be taken to the room. The room we booked and paid a lot of money was supposed to have a ‘patio’ the room didn’t have a patio!! Total rip off, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, we were provided with only one bottle of water each for 4 days! The room wasn’t made or towels changed for one of our nights, the windows were screwed down shiut so we weren’t able to even have a fresh air. There’s no iron or ironing board, the hairdryer was packed with dirty old hair! - disgusting, we mentioned this and it wasn’t changed. Dirty trash was left in our room for 3 days. The breakfast was dreadful and barely fit for consumption with everyone sat around a bar counter, again just like a hostel! This place was one of, if not the very worst places we’ve ever stayed. I’m appalled at the level and standard of this room, especially so for the extortionate prices they charge! Totally ripped off!! If you want to stay somewhere nice then this isn’t the place, Save your money and book elsewhere!!

We had a very pleasant stay. Location is perfect with easy access to all the places we enjoy. The property is charming, the amenities as advertised, and all the staff were helpful and pleasant. We loved our private courtyard, and the back deck where I was able to practice yoga in nature. Our room was just a little on the small side, but super clean and comfortable. We would stay again for sure.

Lovely property, great location. Glad we had ground floor room as there are many steps and winding staircases to the second floors. The property could use more lounge chairs around the pool. Also, the continental breakfast is sufficient, but could supply some proteins.

Lovely large property which felt small. Location is perfect to walking to various places in Key West. Close to Duval but far enough away from the crowds. Quiet and spacious room. Check-in a breeze and Kya showed us directly to our room. Kirk the bartender was kind, cool, and made a mean Rum Punch. Property offers a great continental breakfast. Pools are on the small side but the property has three of them. Rooms spacious and ours had an outdoor patio. We will return one day.

Outstanding Stay.||The service was exemplary. Very friendly front desk and reception team. No worries with luggage as they whisked it away to your room.||The room was a corner unit with a balcony, number 17 and it was spotless, roomy, bright and inviting. The bed was firm and comfortable.||Nice bathroom and shower was huge.||We traveled with our service dog and he loved it, it’s a dog friendly establishment.||The grounds are lovely and lush. It’s a collection of several buildings with various room types and some private bungalows cottages.||They have a wonderful breakfast included every morning 8-10 am. Many choices, fruits , breads, eggs, grits, baked goods, juices, coffee and tea. ||The bar staff was very friendly and helpful. After you arrive you receive a coin token for 2 free drinks. They also serve lunch from 11-2 pm. Ample seating around the bar right next to one of two pools.||It’s a great location 2 blocks from Duval and 15 minutes from the southernmost point, easy access and good restaurants nearby.

A wonderful property, with super staff, Great beds and AC! It is hard to brag enough on the Ambience of the rooms and cottages! And it’s so quiet, yet centrally located. The rustling of the Palm trees, shading your room or patio, adds to the specialness. Excellent!
