For the love of all things holy, do not use this agency! We booked a cruise with one of their reps who is god awful. Once the deposit was made, all hell broke loose. My family booked a cruise, and the agent does not return calls or text to answer questions, make changes, make the payments etc. We have since found out the travel agent no longer works for the company. I have called the company 4 times, trying to get them to give us the information to have our reservations released to carnival only to be given the run around. They keep telling me "we will email the agent, we will call the agent and call you back blah blah blah" I HAVE TO KEEP CALLING THEM. I have been trying since December to get our cruises taken care of as it is due to be paid off in March, NOTHING! My family is very disappointed with this agency and wishes we would have never ever used them. Today is Feb. 13th and I just hung up the phone with them only to be told someone will contact me in 24 hours. I am almost POSITIVE; I will have to be the one to reach back out to them. This place is awful! PLEASE save yourself some time and annoyance, use a different agency!
