I spoke to Laura Melendez this evening. She happened to be the 4th person this week that we have spoken to. She made things happen for us where no one else did. Everyone said they would send an email ("it might take a while") and we never received an email. Bless her heart, I was on the phone with her for less then 15 minutes and I received the said email in my inbox! She was exceptional kind and encouraging. And best of all, she didn't try to talk 'a mile a minute' to present her information! I loved the experience and hope that the rest of the interactions can live up to this experience after all! Got a call today 1/28/2025, telling me that when I signed up for a timeshare sales meeting, I got a free gift of 4 vacations and that I had 45 days to activate them and 18 months to use them but now they are expired so I can reinstate them for $175 per vacation... then I would have 4 years to use them. Reality: I only had that timeshare sales meeting, 11 months ago so there should not be any expired 18-month thing. Also, I received 1 free weekend and zero contact for that company, so I had no way to activate anything. Clearly this was NOT related to that timeshare sales meeting. I asked for an email with the information so I could go over it and better understand what they were talking about but was told they don't send emails on expired packages, and would only do so if I renewed for a special discount off the $299 per vacation, of $175 per vacation (X4) for a whopping $500 discount off of something I never even had! Finally, I was told the company name, as searching for the number they were calling from (a bogus number - (952) 257-1113 found nothing) so I was able to look it up to see if it even existed. It is not BBB accredited, and yelp reviews are 1.8 / 5 for good reason. I continued to ask questions and was told the same thing over and over. Not new data. Then the call was disconnected by the caller. I am not believing these other reviews. I can't see this as anything other than a scam.

I worked with Debbie and Eli throughout the process of booking a vacation away.
