Loved this hotel. Front desk is super helpful. The shuttle driver offered to take us to the mall and back for free. The rooms were nice, tidy, and spacious. The breakfast was above and beyond compared to other hotels in this price range. Dont know how you can't give this place less than 5 stars. Good job you guys!

This was the worst experience at a Hilton property we have ever had. With the exception of the lovely housekeeper on our first day, the staff have zero customer service skills. The man at the front desk refused to answer the phone, we had to go down to request sheets for the pull out.
The common areas were disgustingly dirty. The same dirt and big hair balls were there after three days. The pool had a gross sludge in the corners, we didn’t even attempt to go in.

The young woman at the front desk was rude and seemingly had no interest in being there. She spent most of her time hiding by the back room scrolling on her phone.
We had two bookings due to adding a night at the beginning of our stay. Our first room on the 6th floor had no air conditioning. Despite reporting it twice (by walking down to the front desk as no one would answer the phone), nothing was done. The lady at the desk stared off into the distance and didn’t react or respond at all. Not one word, she pretended she didn’t hear it. My husband reported it first so I went back down to report it again and was responded to in the same manner.
Our second booking, the room did not have the shade over the window. Reported it, no one cared.

The BBQ’s that are advertised can’t be used, they are falling apart and we were told there is no propane available.

This is the worst Hilton property that we have EVER been to.
The only positive of the whole time spent here was a very pleasant housekeeper on our first morning.

Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable!

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of cleanliness and service here is completely unacceptable.

Upon checking into the room, we immediately noticed one of the beds was covered in numerous human hairs—absolutely disgusting! We called the front desk right away, and the receptionist told us they would call back regarding the issue. After waiting 30 minutes with no response, we had to go downstairs ourselves, only to be handed a bedsheet and told to change it ourselves. Is this a hotel or a self-service hostel? Thankfully, another staff member nearby kindly offered to help, so we left, assuming the issue would be resolved.

When we returned, things got even worse. The other bed had two large, visible yellow stains right in the middle of the sheet. We called the front desk again, and this time, no one even bothered to answer. Once again, we had to go downstairs, and once again, we were simply handed a bedsheet and expected to change it ourselves. To make matters worse, the sheet was the wrong size—a full instead of a queen. At that point, we gave up.

As if that wasn’t enough, we also found leftover snacks on the carpet from the previous guest, proving that housekeeping had not done its job at all. The toilet paper roll had a large dark stain, and the kitchen knives were covered in grime on both sides.

To make things even more frustrating, upon check-in, we were informed that there was a $12 parking fee. This was strange because one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because parking was supposed to be free. The front desk explained that this was a new policy starting on December, but we had made our reservation before this change. Why was there no email or notification about this policy update?

This hotel is an absolute disgrace. Dirty rooms, unresponsive staff, and unexpected fees—this is not just bad service; it’s complete negligence. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs!

The next day, we stayed at another location of the same hotel chain, and we were pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was warm, professional, and welcoming, making check-in a smooth experience. The room was spotless, the sheets were fresh, the kitchenware was gleaming, and there was no parking fee! This proves that the issue is not with the Home2 Suites brand itself but specifically with this particular location.

Avoid this hotel—there are much better options out there!

This property is very good if you prefer to live in suits instead of simple hotel rooms. Plenty of space, big bathroom and kitchen. Full size fridge. lobby serves hot beverages 24h. Free laundry. Easy parking and place is located in just 5 minutes from airport and huge shopping mall. The only thing I was a little confused about was the room cleaning process. Note on the door says it should be happening every other day. But I stayed there for 6 days and my room was cleaned only one time. There was another attempt to clean it but lady knocked my door at 9am and I told her to come back after 11am. When I get back in the evening room hasn't been cleaned.

We stayed here for a night due to proximity to the airport. It seemed to have decent reviews so we booked a room.

To our disappointment the room was fairly dirty see below for our issues;

- Food and crumbs all over the floor (dried out French fries, and stale rice) The floor felt tacky so we kept our shoes on.

- We didn’t sit on the couch as it sagging and had gum or some sort of food embedded into the fabric.

- The shower had no hot water and was dirty as well, hair on the ground and looked moldy at the base of the shower (maybe needs the caulking replaced)

- Mattresses were also sagging in the middle which made for an uncomfortable sleep.

We weren’t able to take advantage of the breakfast due to our early flight so I’m unable to give an opinion on that.

Considering this was the Hilton brand and it was around the same price as the hotel we stayed at near 5th Ave in Naples, FL it was pretty disappointing.

The only positive thing is that it was very close to the airport.

I’m giving 1 star because I usually enjoy Hilton hotels, but I won’t be returning to this one. They made a mistake with my reservation and still haven’t resolved it. I had a 2-day stay booked, but they altered my reservation during my stay, checking me out and back in for the second day. This ended up costing me more than my original reservation. Communication was poor, and I had constant issues with my room keys—having to replace them four times in just two days. When I tried to call about the issue, I was put on hold for 30 minutes before the call dropped. When I called back, I was immediately placed on hold again with no answer. they keep hanging up, wow, I have been dealing with this since 9/2024 right after Helene Hurricane.

This is unlike any other Home2suites or Hilton property in have visited. I must say the location is easy access to 275 and highway 60. It does offer a medium size refrigerator. They provide an hot plate if you need to cook. so there are no stoves. I must say other than that some of the front desk workers are great while some seem to think you are a bothering them, and not everyone responses to text messages are personal request to fix issues in the room.

Stayed at Home 2 Suites in Tampa before a cruise. Our cruise was delayed by fog nearly 11 hours. The staff were amazing. They made us feel at ease and kept checking on us even after we were checked out. Thank you Jack and Richardo
