I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. One of my favorite features was the complimentary bicycles available for guests—it was so much fun exploring the neighborhood on two wheels. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the amenities were top-notch. Absolutely loved my stay here. I can't say enough about the amenities, the style, the convenience and the incredible staff at this place, and all for fantastic value. The Roost has set a new golden standard of hospitality for me. Really enjoyed that it's a mixed residential and hotel tower (I met so many adorable dogs over my three day stay). I appreciated how pleasant the residents and other guests were. A cozy slice of home in such a vibrant setting. I felt welcome and valued and delighted for my entire stay.

Fantastic place. A 5 minute walk to the Arena and in a gorgeous part of town. Restaurants and coffee shops everywhere.|The apartment was super clean, modern and quiet. It had everything you could want. Great AC, dishwasher, big refrigerator, washer, dryer, coffee machine, coffee beans! Even dishwasher tablets. Big bathroom, huge walk in shower with rainfall shower head. 24/7 front desk. This place is 10/10, really very very good. Great front of house staff. Smart modern residences/apartments. Just book it. You won’t regret it.

The moment I arrived; I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The amenities were amazing, and I especially loved the Le Labo products in the bathroom—such a thoughtful and luxurious touch!

The hotel’s location is fantastic, close to some great restaurants, which made dining out very convenient. My room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, making me feel right at home.

Overall, I had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tampa. I’m already looking forward to coming back on my next trip!

My partner and I are so pleased with our stay! We had incredible service from the front desk and cleaning staff. The room was clean, modern, and more than enough for our weekend stay. However, the amenities were out of this world!! The gym is massive which was a major selling point for us. We also hung out by pool and met a few other guests who we stayed in contact with. The whole experience was just that, an experience. When we visit Tampa again, I won't be staying anywhere else.

Excellent apartment hotel! Everyone was so professional, helpful and made us feel at home. Our 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit was fully equipped with full size washer and dryer, full Kitchen, state of the art appliances, and very comfortable living space. Highly recommend this 5 Star experience!

I used to enjoy The Roost, and have stayed there for business over a week every month for over a year. It has changed. I checked in this evening, dealing with a surly man at the front desk, Michael, who gave me keys to a room that had alarms blaring. I asked for help and a new room and was refused. I was told maintenance “might” come, but it was “after hours” so that wasn’t definite. These all proved to be lies and the story kept changing. Every time I asked for assistance, the story changed. I asked Michael why he was lying to me, and he cut me off, told me I must be having some sort of problem, and hung up on me. The Roost costs over $400 a night, minus taxes and fees. This treatment is absurd and shameful. It not Michael’s fault that this time I’m here mid-week for a funeral, but I did tell him why I’m here, and he continued to mock me. I’m disgusted and can only recommend that you stay anywhere else.
