Choosing Florida's Chefs Workshop was one of the best decisions we have made as it pertains to our baking/candy business. The owners and staff members are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

The kitchen space has been a dream for my Candied Bacon business. It’s given me the opportunity to grow my business and produce larger quantities of my product in less time. Bill was extremely helpful during my inspection with the Dept. of Agriculture and they have gone out of their way to accommodate me during the first month while I get into a commercial kitchen groove. We were one of the first people in the door to when this collaborative space opened. First - no expense was spared - it has every piece of equipment imaginable for the pro chef or baker - or to anyone wanting to break into the St Pete food business. Bill and Lisa are so personable and so available to answer any questions and because they are industry pros - they have tons of ideas to help you launch or expand your food business. Today I used their cafe space for a pop up to test new menu items and it was a wonderful success. They handled FOH while my team handled the food. I really can't say enough good things about my experiences here.

The kitchen is large - 4 separate stations are available and the online reservation system is a breeze to use. 24 hour access means you can prep or cook at the time that works for your schedule. Did I mention it is IMMACULATE. Seriously - if you're looking for a commercial kitchen in St. Pete - this is the place. (And you can buy delicious coffee and treats in their storefront cafe - A Fresh Connection Cafe, Catering and Bakery!)
