What a cool park! My kids were very impressed that it's on a hill (simple pleasures) and there's a stream! There's a little playground, a bathroom, two picnic tables, a BRIDGE, baseball and basketball. They loved climbing on the low oak branches and throwing stuff in the water... We'll be back.

This park is actually pretty cool! I've noticed that many of the review pics people have posted do not include the "secret spot." There is a side path that you can take that leads through the woods and to an old, dilapidated shack. My pup loves to explore!

Took my kids here to get out of the house during the pandemic. It's close to our house so figured we'd check it out. Parking lot is small but it wasn't packed so it was fine. I was surprised to see 2 food trucks there and was also curious but already had dinner prepped at home. The bathroom and picnic table area looked pretty old and neglected. The bathroom doors had chains and locks on them so make sure you use the bathroom before you go. My daughter enjoyed the playground but overall I was a bit confused by the layout of this park. I'm always scoping out new places to run and this park was a no-go. There's just not enough paved trail to run at all if you want to get some miles in. I did notice a trail that went into the woods but the entrance looked like something off of Friday the 13th so we didn't even attempt. The park had pretty spots like the creeks and bridge but it could definitely use some updates.

I was looking for a local park to take my kids out to play and maybe hit some trails. I looked up local parks with in my area. This park seemed like a good place to go. To get to the park you have to drive thru a neighborhood. I thought I made the wrong turn. We arrived at the park and the first thing you see is a covered picnic area. One thing was that the playground was closed. We were a little disappointed. The playground was not covered and was directly in the sun. There was a small trail that took you to an open area where there was a kick ball field and basketball courts. There is very little shade. It was clean and has several spots were you can get water. I’m not sure if I will be back but it looks like a great place to have a field day. It reminded me of the old school playgrounds. I guess it would be a nice place to have neighborhood events.

Love exploring this place over and over again, playground, restroom, cold shower areas for a quick rinse. Trails in the beginning of the park that lead you next to the river and a beautiful little creek and a tiny bridge.

Nothing special, but seemed to be quite.. at least during the week. Basketball courts, field for baseball or other activities, plus creek area that even has a tire swing so city kids can feel a little bit country livin if they want. Btw... stop littering, including these awful 😷!

Just as it always has been. Clean, kid friendly, plenty to do and see. My neighbor and i took our kids couple weeks ago. It happened to be a particularly windy day... so we brought the Kites and Styrofoam planes in the field they have just over the bridge to test their flight abilities... it was an awesome day. Kites really soared high on that day with little running action needed to take flight. The field they have was PERFECT for doing this kind of activity. Plenty of room to get the kids out there running around before dinner and bed!
