Flat, sandy, walking trail about 2 miles long. Avoid after a rainy day but drains well. No ammenities other than basketball court and limited covered tables (no toilets or water). Look at signs since some trails seem to lead into adjacent private properties.
Some shaded trails, but some isn’t - bring water.

Very mismananged. Most of the habitat is not on a healthy burn rotation and the fire lines are poorly maintained. Invasive cogon grass is choking out swaths of the property. Wildlife diversity was far lower than I expected.

There's also many lazy people who apparently won't pick up after their dogs.

It was an ok trail to take a walk but map and signs not very helpful so we got a little lost, hot and tired. Fortunately we did see some butterflies and gopher tortoise along the trail so that was nice. The trail is a bit uneven with roots and rocks so be careful here

Quite, clean, and just so relaxing. I really felt like this place is a little piece of utopia.

The trails were well marked for a nature preserve. Usually these places are geared for for the wildlife, and make no mistake it was but it seemed the park Rangers balanced preserving the natural environment and making it people friendly. I was glad to see the picnic area was also clean.

My dog loved it too!!!

Love this place!! Gorgeous! Two trails essentially, the main "red" trail is about 3 miles. A good mixture of open spaces with cascading branches and flowing branches. Symmetric rows of trees. Wooded area have a few muddy spots and a few puddles. Luckily there are ways around these (logs, man made paths). Definitely recommend. Check out my photos. There are some more difficult areas toward the end of the red trail but nothing major. 5 stars

My kids and I had a fun, muddy adventure walk here. We went late in the day on a Sunday and we're the only ones around. It was peaceful.

Whole front entrance of the trail was littered in dog feces. I spotted at minimum 10-12 piles of feces throughout walking the trail, at least 6 piles by the entrance alone. The trails themselves were fine, what irks me is the blatant disregard that dog-owners have for people that would like to enjoy hiking the trails. There was even a piping hot pile of dung right below the trail map. Just pick up your dog droppings, it’s THAT easy.
