If you’re looking for a catering company, look no further! 4 seasons exceeded our expectations. We had my daughter’s wedding 1 month ago at Shangri-La Springs and everything was perfect!
Thank you Anthony for helping us pick the menu and hors d’oeuvres. The food was outstanding, got so many compliments from all of our guests how great the food was, the pasta was out of this world delicious! Everything was displayed beautifully. A huge thank you to Adriana who was our wedding coordinator for the day, I knew I was in good hands as she was
so detailed oriented and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I many requests and she fulfilled all of them! She went above and beyond !!The staff was very professional and friendly! Thank you to the entire staff behind the scenes who made our event a most memorable one! 4 Seasons Catering & Events catered our wedding at Shangri-La Springs. The day of service met our expectations. For cocktail hour, we had two stations plus passed appetizers. We also had two bars. Their set up was professional and well prepared. The appetizers were delicious and they worked with us to bring in pretzels from a local company. Servers and bartenders were kind and quick, which was appreciated. Dinner was warm and very good. The stuffed acorn squash was a favorite by all! We did have some hiccups along the way as 4 Seasons had some staffing transition in the beginning after we booked; however, we were ultimately impressed with how Anthony and Emy Rose came in, listened, understood our perspective and truly executed a great catering experience.

4 Seasons Catering were AWESOME! They did such an wonderful job working within our budget, while providing an excellent menu and coordination services for our wedding at Shangri-La Springs. We couldn't have asked for more. Big THANK YOU to Emy, Anthony, and Chef Ronnie for everything they did for making our wedding a memorable one!
