Riley is absolutely amazing! Neither of us knew how to plan a wedding or anything at all. She helped us from start to finish with a smile. I am sure we weren't easy, but she had a list of questions that we would answer or have her help us answer. Our wedding day was pristine, absolutely amazing and it was a huge thanks to Riley for making it happen. I will and would recommend her to absolutely anyone wanting to plan a wedding or any large event as she knows the people and the vendors and made it happen.

There's nowhere else you should be looking, except for Red Letter Event Design. Riley completely outdid herself and my expectations for our welcome party and wedding! Having a destination wedding is tough when you don't know the area and vendors too well, but Riley made it simple and absolutely flawless! Her communication with myself and my vendors was constant and she put our vision into real life. I would HIGHLY recommend Red Letter Event Design!

Riley was truly a blessing for our wedding day. We had a non traditional venue that had never hosted a wedding before, and she made sure the day went absolutely flawless. We had her as a day of coordinator, and it was so helpful to have her take care of all the communication with my vendors the month of. We ended up having to switch around many things with our rental company the week of, and she made sure it was all taken care of so I didn’t have to stress. She was great to communicate with and understood my vision for the day perfectly.

Riley was so professional and made me confident that everything was handled the day of the wedding. In addition to coordinating vendors, she also set up and tore down our decorations which not many coordinators do. This gave my mom much less stress day of, as she made much of the decorations. I didn't have to worry about anything except getting myself ready.

Red letters was recommended to me by a mutual friend and I couldn’t be more pleased! Riley was my coordinator and she was so on top of everything, extremely talented at what she does! I got married at Sanibel Harbour and after one meeting with Riley she was more organized and aware of what I wanted than the Sanibel Harbour coordinator I had been working with for over a year. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your big day!

LOOK NO FURTHER! Red Letter Event Design paired along with Artichoke and Company was one of the best decisions my husband and I made on our wedding day. Riley and her team took away all my bridal stress and created a masterpiece. Looped me in as requested and understood our vision to a T. Don't wait on thinking you can plan it by yourself, their service is WORTH IT! Get them involved from the beginning and have them guide you through it ALL!

I can't even begin to explain how amazing Red Letter Event Design was in helping my wedding come together. From decor to vendor communication I knew that everything was taken care of!
