I stayed for a month and it was great. Room was always clean & refreshed when needed. Breakfast was great. Staff was always helpful and kind. Large group of guys here working on Beach Hurricane Relief- after working hard all day- they offered my daughter and I dinner (it was delicious!) and I didn't get a chance to say how much I appreciated their kindness and their hard work on our beautiful FL beaches 😊

We had an incredible time at this hotel and were blown away by the incredible service. Miss Courtney at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and was so helpful. Miss Maggie made the most delicious breakfast buffet every single morning and made our family feel seen and oh so special. The moment everyone found out we were there to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday, they showered him with such love and made him feel like a little celebrity everywhere he went in the hotel, shouting “birthday boy!” We will definitely be returning for another stay!

The only improvement I wish to see was the windows cleaned better. Our room had some large mold spots growing on the outside of the window but we understand this area was hit by Hurricane Helene just days prior and we assumed it came from that. Besides that, our room was clean and we had everything we needed. The full kitchen was such a blessing! We got to cook our home cooked meals instead of splurging an arm and leg eating out the entire vacation.

Stayed the weekend for the first time ever, I will absolutely be coming again and staying here, very accommodating and pleasant plus the girl working at the front desk, Maddie helped us out and recommended some places in town, felt right at home!

Thank you, Homewood Suites, for another amazing stay!!! We come to Bonita Springs to see our grandchildren, and the hotel staff is always so accommodating. This trip was extra special because we came for our daughters baby shower. Grandchild number 5 on the way!!! Special shout out to Kenzy! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. One evening, we realized we needed 2 pillows, and it was VERY late. He found our pillows through much effort and never once suggested it would not be possible. Kenzy was determined to say "yes" to every one of our requests. Kenzy should be recognized for outstanding customer service!!! Thank you all!

Pool area Is so clean and staff are very knowledgeable about the area as this is the first time I visited Bonita Springs. You have mega out door mall just a few miles away by car. Love it here and can’t wait to come back.

This might be the fifth or sixth stay in this hotel. We visit the Naples/Bonita area with my wife every year and Homewood Bonita never disappointed us. The staff was very friendy and helpful (in fact, we had a minor issue with the laundry that was quickly solved).||Location is great: 5-minute drive to Barefoot beach, 5 minutes to Coconut Poin and 15 to Miromar outlets.||Two drawbacks: no in-room safety box and housekeeping is now made every other day, and if you miss it for some reason, you will not have it the day after.||Nevertheless, I recommend it.

What happened to your breakfasts? We travel extensively and stay often at the Homewood Suites Hilton brand because of the full fridge/microwave/suite room combination and delicious breakfasts. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and were extremely disappointed in the “new” breakfast – tacos (and I mean tacos like you would have for lunch or dinner), scrambled eggs that were tasteless dry pellets, pre-fab omelets, NO waffle station, and the fresh fruit consisted of whole apples, oranges or bananas! The Homewood Suites we had previously stayed at (and this was in April 2024 in the Cleveland, OH area) had delicious creamy scrambled eggs or various kinds of frittatas/egg casseroles; fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cantaloupe, honeydew and pineapple; and most important to my husband the make your own waffle station. If this hotel represents the “new” Homewood Suites breakfast, you can be sure that we are going to re-think staying at this brand. That stated, the saving grace of this stay (because believe me I thought about going to another hotel) was breakfast staff Maggie who was quick to say that Homewood Suites is trying new breakfast items with the tacos, said that they were very tasty, and actually heated up a delicious tomato/spinach/feta cheese personal egg casserole for me when she heard how disappointed I was with the breakfast. I saw her do this for a couple of other guests who were also voicing their disappointment with the breakfast. On another day Maggie shared just-heated banana nut muffins with me and others. Maggie was hearing what guests were saying, and was trying her best, in an incredibly kind and diplomatic manner to meet their expectations. That’s what I call guest care!!! I am giving this hotel a rating of 5 stars because of the amazing, AAA+++ 100% guest care Maggie provided to not only me and my husband, but other guests who were very disappointed in the breakfast selections, particularly because we had all expected much more from a Hilton Homewood Suites. Maggie deserves a raise, or at the very least a bonus, as I am sure because of her guest care, kept many guests from leaving.

Positive: the Dunkin Donuts coffee our last day. Clean, friendly staff, pool area, breakfast option (taco station first day) Negative: the coffee the first day was awful, thankfully the machine broke. No ice machine, you have to ask for a bag which may or may not be enough at front desk.
