I highly recommend this vacation rental for its exceptional Southern Hospitality! My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Sun during a local festival. The condo was inviting, well-furnished, clean, conveniently close to the third-level parking in the garage, and boasted a stunning view of the beach and gulf. It was also within walking distance to various restaurants, bars, and the beach itself. Southern Hospitality provided a daily setup of beach chairs and an umbrella, which was a great touch. While there are numerous vacation rentals in the area, the standout communication from Andree at Southern Hospitality is unparalleled. She streamlined the entire process from booking to departure, making it seamless and hassle-free. They send a digital welcome guidebook via text that covers all your questions, including local recommendations across various categories. Should you need to reach out to Andree, she is prompt and exceedingly accommodating. For an unforgettable beach vacation, I can't recommend this property and Southern Hospitality enough. We truly enjoyed our stay in Destin at Mainsail. We stayed in unit 112. Andree’ was excellent through the entire process , booking through checkout. Unit was clean and update, including bonus of well equipped kitchen items and spices if you were to cook. Loved that the frig ice machine works. Awesome view of the beach and convenient own access. The included beach chair and umbrella service was another bonus. We highly recommend booking with Southern Hospitality! Thank you for everything!

Exceptional communication! Clean, spacious, well stocked kitchen with lots of extras. First time renting with Andree but will not be the last. So conveniently located and a short, easy walk to the beach!

Southern Hospitality never steers you wrong for the right fit for your vacation. Andre` is always just a text away if anything is needed. AND Dumpling is allowed in to stock your kitchen!

The condos are clean, updated and very comfortable. The owners suite in 302 has a great mattress 😃

We’ve been renting from Andree’ for several years now and the reason we keep coming back is the personal attention she gives us every time. She is super responsive every time we’ve ever had any questions, and we’ve rarely had any problems with our condo. They are always clean and well furnished. She even communicates with me if the condo is ready early.
