I wish I would have done my due diligence, like always, and checked this company out before sending them my hard-earned money, which I paid an extra $20 in postage just to get it sent in time for the trip I wanted. Didn't matter what trip, when, how or why; they had nothing available. It's a $70 lesson that I will not relive again. Thanks "Trips Incentives"...more like "Trips Disincentives" 🙄😒

I wish you could make this minus stars!! RUN!! These people play games until it’s too late for you to take your requested trip - as if they were ever going to give it to you in the first place. Scam, ripoff, bogus - all the horrible adjectives. They have 30 days to get my money back to me or I’ll be back with my next review. You don’t mess with a person who needs a vacation that they promise you and then they find a way to yank it away.

I wish giving this company less than 1 Star was an option. We received a travel voucher with this company from a home improvement company. Trips incentives asked us to send a personal check and request dates for a vacation that they would then grant. This happened multiple times and no matter which dates or locations we chose they always declined and said everything was booked. They also cashed the check and never delivered on services owed. When called about a refund they just claim the refund was already processed but has never been received. Trips Incentives are nothing but thieves who will steal your money and never deliver. Do not do business with this company!!’

This company doesn't even deserve a star. We earned this so called vacation deal by seeing a rainbow vacuum demo. We I mailed this thing back in 3-4 times and each time there wasn't any availability, but they were quick to offer additional places to stay within the town for an additional night if you would sit through a 90 minute time share demo. No thank you, I've already sat through a demo with a company that you paired up with to give away your vacation packages. When they call you about your vacay they can only see the dates that you have put down and only the locations that are available for those days. None of which were in driving distance. Total scam! They take your reservation money and use it while they keep telling you that they don't have anything available. I asked they if they ever had any dates available for anyone, that I thought it was a rip off and they told me I could get a refund.

Do not purchase or receive anything from this company as a promotion or incentive. It is a scam! Look them up on the BBB site. This company was formerly the Worldwide Travel Center with the same reputation. The owner is the holder of the only email address listed for contact. I received some of their condo vacations as gifts to purchase a travel club membership. I sent my reservation in 1/14. I called on 3/1 bc I had not received confirmation for the request that I put in for 3/12. I was told they never received it & it was lost in the mail. After calling and emailing multiple times I was sent another reservation request form and I overnighted it. The payment required in their terms and conditions does not match the payment formula they give you on their form. They received my request and check on 3/6. I called them on 3/7 and was notified that they sent it back for incorrect payment amount. No phone call. Also in their terms it states that they will call you upon receiving your vacation request form. They did not and do not. On 3/8 I received the initial certificate sent in on 1/14. Trips had stamped the front with a stamp that read February 21 2017. The letter they sent with it was dated 3/1 and the envelope post marked 3/2. It wasn't lost in the mail. They had it this whole time. They mailed it back the day that I called and inquired about it. They use whatever tactics necessary to deny the vacations. I've left multiple emails to the owner and he refuses to respond or offer an explanation.

You have to do the offer over the mail and then wait a month or two even for a response only to be told nothing available. I tried 3 times over the course of 12 months and was denied every time. They only book you a crummy 2 star hotel anyways. Do yourself a favor and don't even send them the deposit. You'll just be loaning a bad company free money until they feel like sending it back to you.

Worst company ever. Booked a getaway that my husband and I were so excited about and they changed my hotel without calling me or anything! We took an Uber to the resort we THOUGHT was ours and was promised, only to be told we weren’t in the system. After looking at the confirmation for which I thought was the 90 minute presentation confirmation we were required to take (that too wasn’t told to us up front- last minute detail) I realized they had switched my hotel to a 3 star condo. (Now this was AFTER I HAD FLOWN INTO ORLANDO AND WAS STANDING AT THE RESORT I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE AT) So now I’m sitting here in a condo with no blow dryer, no restaurants on location, NOTHING that I had researched and planned for. When I called to speak to customer service the woman was rude and told me it was my fault that I didn’t check my confirmation. REALLY? Who changes a hotel without CALLING and telling the customer to see if it is okay? Her and I got into a heated argument and I called her a choice word that now I’m asking forgiveness over. This has been a miserable experience. She asks if I always talk to people like that- well no lady- it’s actually a FIRST for me so that must tell you how upsetting this is. My husband and I have four kids and haven’t had time together on a trip for 9 years- don’t mess with what’s promised and paid for- seriously.

Took my $59.00 then sent a letter stating I was not in the 30 day window to reserve. Considering hurricane, IAN, I think they could refund my money or allow me to reschedule. Do not deal with these people…
