I contacted this company to research a ticket to Rome. I was booked on Iberia through Madrid. I was lead to believe that I would be able to make my connection in Madrid to fly to Rome where I had a connecting flight to PalermoSicily! When I realized my flight out of Miami was delayed over 2 hours, I contacted them about missing my connecting flight. I was directed back to the Iberia desk where they explained there was nothing they could do! The service in Madrid from Iberia was terrible as was the Business class on Iberia! My flight from Madrid to Rome was not in either business or 1st. While in Madrid, I also found out that I had to rebook my flight to Palermo or I would lose my return flight from Catania to Rome. That cost me an additional $321.00. I notified my agent Hannah at business class asking for a reimbursement since this was their fault! I never received any response from them. The only plus was my return to Miami was on American through New York. This is a company I would never recommend.
