Overall I wouldn’t recommend using Sally Zalk as a travel agent. She started the process being super demanding with money and making sly comments about not booking a trip if you can’t afford it right away, we are girls in our 20s and I did not feel that was an appropriate way to speak to us when we had until June to pay and it was very early in the year. She would make changes without telling us then fail to explain why she made those changes saying “it’s better”. Also taking a member of the party off the booking without asking before the payment was due. Once we got to Mexico she failed to properly arrange our transportation to the resort which was 40 minutes away. She told us once we were there her job was done and it was our fault for not reaching the company, then started to blame the company when she should’ve been the one to check and help. She is very rude the entire time and made the experience so horrible instead of fun and exciting. Save yourself the trouble and find another agent.
