Booked online the night before and it was easy to find using Google Maps. Checked in, inside the Best Western, before heading over to their launch site behind the pool. The whole process was easy and we were off on the water on no time. Four hours is plenty of time to see a lot of what Kings Bay has to offer, we visited Three Sisters Springs, Crystal Spring, and spent some time at Hunter Springs Park before returning. I rented the "crystal clear" kayak and it was fine, but not as smooth sailing as a other kayaks I've rented. It could be because the floats are not installed optimally as a guide stopped me in Crystal Spring to share how they should be installed 8-10 inches more forward to level out the vessel. I did spend at least an hour bailing out the kayak in order to keep it afloat. Provided maps were helpful. Even with the troubles, it was an unforgettable day.

We rented a tandem kayak to explore the Springs. We reserved the kayak Saturday night by going to the small blue building next to the motel, close to Crackers restaurant. Sunday morning we arrived at 8, watched a short video about boat safety and the protected status of the manatees. The staff was helpful and assisted us into our kayak. The young man at the dock shared his thoughts and recommendations on the best springs to visit. We paddled for several hours and enjoyed the spectacular views of the water and wildlife. The homes on the water were beautiful as well. I look forward to returning with my grandchildren. The tandem kayaks are definitely safer and easier for children to relax a bit, while improving their ability !

We booked the swim with manatees tour. Captain Tom and his wife were wonderfull and we found manatees. Besides manatees we got a bonus and saw dolphins chasing and eating fish. What a great trip!!! Next to this, people at captain mike's are very friendly make sure you've a great time!!

We took a couple of single, sit on kayaks out today from Captain Mike's. The staff was really friendly and gave us a map with great directions. We kayaked up to Three Sisters Springs and loved it. When we returned the guy came right out to help us. I'm so glad that he reminded me to stop in the office and get my driver's license because I probably would have forgotten it. They were fantastic and I highly recommend them.

Great people, great tours, boats were always available, and kayaks. Even get to swim with the Manatees. Love it. Right next to a great hotel and bar & grill. Great spot to stay and visit while you explore Real Florida! Good for kids too!

This place is a little strange to find (park at the motel and walk around behind the pool area), but the staff is friendly and very relaxed. There was no fuss to get our kayak and the launch point is very close to Three Sisters.

It was a wonderful experience. My family was here from California and wanted to experience manatees in their natural habitat . From check in to check out everything was done professionally and friendly . Kudos to our Capt.Tom , who has a vast knowledge of the River and the surrounding area. And Elizabeth our guide was friendly , and very knowledgeable with reference to marine life . I highly recommend this tour !!!
