My family really enjoyed stand-up paddle boarding along the Rockcastle river. Larry was very knowledgeable and kept a good pace. The experience was kid friendly; we took our seven-year-old and she had a blast! We saw interesting wildlife throughout the tour. It was fun!

Good Vibes. We had a great experience paddle boarding with ROC. The owner and guides are great people with excellent knowledge and good stories. Their plans for the future sound awesome and we cant wait to return for another trip or cabin rental.

So enjoyed our day on the water!!! And what a value. We tubed Roundstone Creek to the Rockcastle River. A true lazy river trip. Thanks for a great day and experience. We’re going to take an SUP trip next time.
