This is a horrible place to purchase equipment. Do not buy from this company. We bought a Cub Cadet rider mower after just 12 hours of use the drive train belt broke. We paid for additional warranty to cover the mower. Was explained that they would do nothing no replacement that we would have to contact the manufacturer. So over 3 thousand dollars and 12 hours on mower we have purchased junk and the warranties were just paper weights!!! Stay away from tractor supply they don’t stand behind their products. Saying sorry not our problem adds to the lemon we bought and to add to our lemon problem there is no combat that will do warranty work on our lemon cub cadet because the company won’t pay for the service said they were a nightmare to deal with but they will work on it but we gave to pay. Places like Tractor Supply selling lemons should be closed

Store was clean but service wasn't knowledgeable. Online app showed 25# of chicken starter medicated. Only had 50#, service person said they didn't carry it in store, you have to buy 50#s... BAIT AND SWITCH. 12 Trees outside ALL DEAD and Vegetables wilted from no care .

Well if you get the pleasure of speaking with William up there, then you are fortunate. The guy has pride in his job and totally went over the top, above and beyond for us. Somebody give him a raise or hire him to corporate. If he lived closer to Panama City Beach - I'd hire him for my company in a heartbeat.

This is my go-to place for pet supplies. They have everything you could need for domestic pets and farm animals, and that includes baby animals. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. They carry the large 30-lb. bags of cat food that I have trouble finding in other places. They have a large assortment of garden accessories, clothing, and animal food and medicine. They even carry baby chicks for those interested in raising chickens.

Overall they are good. Prices are a bit high. Service is good, very friendly staff. Went to buy the dog a pig ear, and not willing to pay almost $3.

This place is a nightmare! After spending thousands of dollars a year at this store for our full time cattle company, I get hassled over trying to get an exchange for a $150 fan that we purchased less than 60 days ago. I didn’t want any money back, just an exchange for one that works. Hope you enjoyed our thousands of dollars worth of business a year because KEVIN lost it for you today!
