This was the best charter experience of my life! I never caught a cobia before, let alone a fish that big. The whole experience was a blast! Captain Will is an excellent fisherman and boater and I felt very safe on the charter. He knew exactly where to go to get the target fish and all on board caught something quick! 10/10 will go on a charter with him again

Took my family on our first fishing charter on New years eve day 2021. We had a blast can't recommend captain Will enough. Everyone caught fish and he was really good with my kids. Thanks captain Will we will book another charter next time we are in the area.

Captian Will was the best. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. He is someone I recommend if you have never been fishing or just a weekend warrior of the water. He will make your time on the water very enjoyable. I wanted to go out again before I left.

Captain Will took me and a friend out to catch the biggest fish of my buddy's life! Will knew exactly where to find the Goliath Groupers and exactly the right bait to drop. It didn't take long at all before my buddy was hooked up to a 250 lb. Goliath! Will has a unique rig for these monsters and after about 20 minutes later, the Goliath was on the surface. Will removed the big circle hook and gave it to my buddy as a reminder of that huge fish! What a great trip!! Will knows where the fish are and how to catch 'em!

Captain Will is fantastic. We travel to Sarasota yearly to visit family. The fishing trip with Captain Will is always a highlight. We have gone on multiple trips with Will since 2018. I would never look for another captain. His trips are fun, family friendly (which is very important for us), and educational; oh, and we always catch fish. He is exceptional in his craft and works diligently to find and catch fish. My kids have a range of fishing abilities and he coaches all of them to bring in fish. I have recommended him to family, friends, and co-workers. My family looks forward to our next trip out on the water with Captain Will!

You are choosing the wrong Captain if you aren’t choosing Will Thompson. I was coming in from out of state googling all of the typical “charter fishing Sarasota” kinds of phrases, clueless on who would be best for my 5 y.o. son and me. I left a voicemail on some 941 number and the Captain himself called me back immediately.

He walked me through what our trip would be like, he had all licenses, fishing gear, etc. total turn key operation, perfect for a trip coming in from out of state. Will showed my son how to cast, reel in, explained the mechanics. My son caught many giant fish in less than one hour. Captain explained all of the neat things about each species of fish we caught.

My son went from being hesitant to even go out on the boat to smiling when he talks about how much fun he had yesterday morning. Captain Will instilled that love of fishing in my son that every dad hopes they’ll one day have. Thank you Will, I am so thankful for you and my son and I will always remember you. That is, til we see you next time!! Thank you my friend!!

It is not often that the experience lives up to reviews. In this case it did. We had an amazing experience. Brought my three sons and this trip made them fall in love with fishing.
First the boat is so comfortable. Second Capt Judd was really customer focused, he really tried to make our experience awesome. Captain Judd did a great job finding where the fish where. He really is an expert guide. He also assisted us in reeling the fish and made certain the rods where all set. He really went out of his way.
We can it wait to go again!

I took my 10 year old son on a fishing trip with Captain Judd. Hands down the best fishing charter / guide I have ever booked. He was especially attentive to my son and informative at the same time. Captain Judd also has a great boat and great gear. The only negative was that my arm was sore from catching at least 30 quality fish.
