We had an excellent time at Stone’s Throw, a Lido Key Vacation home near Lido Beach. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to St. Armand’s Circle. Home was clean and comfortable. Cable TV. The door alarm to the porch was quite loud and annoying, particularly after our granddaughter was asleep, but home info says it is required. Would be nice if it alerted us to the door being open but was not as loud as a car alarm. Even better if it was on the door out of the porch to the pool and not on the door from the house to the porch so we could use the fabulous screened porch without the alarm going off.
Communication was good with fast response times from our contact.
Wagon, beach chairs and towels, and sand toys were great.
We had a fabulous stay. Just too short. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lucky in Lido! The accommodations were lovely and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great and the view from the rooftop was beautiful!

We just spent 10 days in the Big Kahuna property on Lido key. This home appears fairly new, freshly painted, and was a great accommodation for our group.

There were five bedrooms on each of the main living floors. The bedrooms are all the same size and all have en suite bathrooms. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on each floor. There was an elevator which was mandatory for our group but also a great convenience for luggage and groceries.

The common space was very comfortable with good lighting and adequate seating. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool area is very nice as is the spa.

Perhaps the most outstanding thing about our stay was the prompt response if we ever needed anything. We had very few requests, but whenever I texted the agency, they responded almost immediately. This was greatly appreciated. There was a very adequate information book that gave lots of instructions about the house as well as the surrounding area in terms of attractions, restaurants, etc.

The location is excellent as it is a short walk to a beautiful beach. The house provides beach chairs as well as several bicycles. Having an extra refrigerator in the garage was an excellent bonus. It is a short walk to St. Armand’s Circle which was nice.

I would highly recommend this property for your group.

Fantastic location - great beach walks and easy stroll to St. Armand Circle. Really enjoyed the pool and screened porch. Lay out was good and house was well furnished. Rental agent very responsive and helpful.

Our family had an amazing vacation at The Big Kahuna! This 10 bedroom home is impeccably designed and all the fine details were thought of. The outdoor pool area is also spectacular and we loved the fountain and light show option. The swim up pool bar and hot tub was also super relaxing and of course the kids loved the slide! We were a few minute walk to the circle for great shopping and food, and just across from the beach. We are thrilled with our choice and anything we had questions about, the management company jumped right on. 5 Star home - location - service!

Kenny made an emergency call on Sunday to fix A fence. Although the solution was temporary, it definitely took care of our concern about a secure place for our dogs and perimeter around the pool. He was personable and very appreciative of our concern. Thanks, Kenny!! CF Van Winkle

Lido Key Vacations was great and very accommodating to work with. Our stay was approximately 2 months after back yo back hurricanes hit the area, which, required us to change to different rental unit. The house was beautiful, however, there were a few issues that LKV were still working on which was to be expected. The roof top tv was working nor was the pool heater, but, neither issue affected our stay. I would not hesitate to use LKV for future trips to the Sarasota area.
