As always, Dans Florida Condos are PERFECT! From initial booking to this survey at the end, you stay updated with excellent information and what to do! The condos are top notch and SUPER CLEAN! The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the units. You wont find a better place to stay than Dans Florida Condos!

I have stayed in Dan's Condo for many years at various times ..This time however was the 1st SUMMER VACATION on the island. I was a bit hesitant on account of the high temps and humidity levels but soon found out I was in the perfect place..sat at the pool..and every evening totally enjoyed a beautiful sunset while sitting on the beach along with a comfortable gulf breeze.Dan has been our host for all seasons now and he makes it as simple as possible...I have seen many of his upgrades and appreciate the fact that he does not want to disappoint us guests.This trip I finally made it to the Circus Museum and took a tour of the Ringling Mansion and it's grounds plus the Art Museum that is located on the property in Sarasota about a 30 min ride.

We have stayed at Dan’s Sea Dream condo twice now and had a great experience both times. It’s close to the beach and Dan is gray to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my 4th year at Dan's Condos at Runaway Bay. Centrally Located on the island so you can access any venue both North, south and east relatively quickly. From tennis, pickleball, great pool, exercise room, dock on the bay to fish or take photos and a short cardio walk to the the beach including sea oats, and full size laundry facilities inside the condo. All units are nicely furnished and the Pearl has a leather recliner!
Just like home!! There are games and cards in the rental with very comfortable beds! He is quick to respond to any issues or concerns with the condo during your visit. I'd say 4 times is worthy of renting this lovely condo! Enjoy!

"I had the pleasure of booking with Dan’s Florida Condos at Runaway Bay, and although my experience was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances, I felt compelled to share my thoughts on the incredible customer service I received.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation last minute due to a scheduling conflict. Given the timing, I had already passed the deadline for a full refund according to the agreement I had with Dan. However, Dan was extremely understanding and went above and beyond to work with me on several possible solutions. After discussing the situation, he reached out to his waitlist and successfully found other guests to fill the dates I no longer needed. In a very generous move, he granted me an exception to his cancellation policy and provided a full refund.

In today’s world, where many property managers are quick to cancel family vacations without any warning or refunds, I found it refreshing to experience such ethical and considerate service from Dan’s Florida Condos. His collaborative approach during these uncertain times made a potentially frustrating situation so much more manageable. I highly recommend booking with Dans Florida Condos if you are interested in staying at Runaway Bay, as his professionalism and customer-first attitude really stood out. We are excited to re-book with him later this year, 5 star business here!"

Would definitely recommend Dans Florida Condos for a vacation on Anna Marie Island, Bradenton Beach! We are looking forward to our next vacation there! We will be going in 2025 due to the hurricanes that hit the island. Dan communicated with us very promptly and is refunding us until we are able to reschedule. Dan’s condos are clean and comfortable and have all you need for your stay. I have rented many places on AMI including returning to Dan’s - the location is so great. What a fantastic place! Could not of asked for more... Steps from the beach, steps from the pool, steps from the bay!

This unit has everything to make your stay easy and relaxing.

Runaway Bay is a great place to stay and is walking distance or free trolley to many restaurants and shops all over the island! Also, only a short walk from historic Bridge Street which is always a hit for eating and shopping!

Wish I could give more the five stars!
