What a pleasure to work with Sandra of #MainEventPlanners. This cute racetrack display is perfect for a boys birthday and it was interactive with race cars that could be driven on the table top track, flags for waving and treats for eating! Sandra worked with my organization on a number of highly creative and labor intensive galas. Among many other details, we guided 200 guests who were wearing blindfolds into a very dark dining room. The guests had a terrific experience and continued to attend in subsequent years. Every detail was managed by Sandra and her team and always with input from our staff. I went to Sandra for a small wedding (about 25 people) and she and her team were amazing. She did an initial quote for me based on our initial meeting but after discussing with my family and husband she modified it without complaint. Her team set up and made my day stress free. The only thing I can complain about is it rained for my outdoor beach wedding... lol but Sandra had a contingency plan in place and it was just as beautiful indoors. I struggled with photography needs too. She provided an amazing photographer that was a perfect match to my wants and needs. I highly reccomend Main Event Planners and will use them in the future for other parties...
