I had an extended stay at this hotel and was very pleased. It's in a great location and approx. 2 miles from the Sarasota Airport. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent with a variety of choices. The manager was Nikki and she was very pleasant and helpful. Theresa was the other person who was often at the front desk and was also friendly and professional. This hotel is managed perfectly. There is a pool and it was very clean and guests enjoyed it every day.
I would definitely return to this hotel.

Picked this hotel because it was close to the airport for an early flight home. Breakfast was good but not a great selection of fruit. Orange juice was watery, apple juice was good. Hotel is rather old and dated. Room was clean but again pretty dated. Shower caulk job was awful and was growing mold. Desk in main room was very wobbly. Light fixtures were old and rusted/stained. No lounge chair in room, just a desk chair. Bed was pretty comfy but very thin sheets. Pool area was nice, but pool was loaded with leaves and needed skimming badly. I wasn't expecting a 4 star hotel, but I think it was a bit pricey for what we got.

BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA!! I travel for work so I live out of hotels. This particular hotel is by far one of the best stays I’ve had. First of all I need to recognize the manager Nikki, she went above and beyond to accommodate my needs during my stay. She is an amazing employee and deserves a promotion and raise! After checking in we entered our room. It wasn’t just clean, it was spotless. Smells fresh and clean. No stale smoke smell. I travel through this area often and this is the hotel I will be staying at every single time I’m in the area!

The staff was wonderful.
Our room, unfortunately, wasn’t the greatest. Put it this way: I had to buy roach Foggers within a day of our stay. It wasn’t just one or two bugs. There were a lot, and once we fogged the room and came back a few hours later, the floor was littered with dead roaches.
We were in town for 4 days for a soccer event and most places were sold out, so we paid ~$250/night to stay here.

Treat the buildings for bugs. What could have been a decent stay turned out to be a bit miserable due to having to share our space with little critters.

The young woman was extremely nice during my check in process. It's clean quiet and exactly what I was looking for. I'm not in the best position right now so it's nice to have a comfortable place where I feel safe. Great place and great value no disappointment whatsoever!

The hotel was adequate. Not that clean. Breakfast was ok. The server there was busy and very attentive. The hotel needs alot of work. Ice machine was broken. Overall, adequate.

Quite comfortable and spacious. A little bit of smoking smell, In the room which I think Results from people smoking outside and then entering the room Bringing the smoke smile with them.|Breakfast was good, just need a bit more space to sit. I would do away with the barstools And replaced them with regular tables because when we entered, no one was sitting there, and all the tables were full.|I would stay there again, It was quiet and we had a good nights sleep

This place was probably built in the 60s so it's got some age. I wasn't expecting the Taj Majal and I wasn't surprised. However, for a place to stay while I helped family clear out flood damaged items in their house, it worked just fine. Hot breakfast every day was the same - egg patties, sausage patties, waffles, asstd breads for toasting. I don't think the juice machine was keeping things cold but they had a bowl of ice that you could add to the orange juice. There was a bit of mildew stains in the shower and the drain ran slow. I should have asked the have that addressed the first night because it was promptly fixed when I finally asked the last day. The staff was nice, housekeeping neatened up every day. Although I didn't swim, the pool was clean and clear.
