Excellent service!!. Answered the phone promptly. The gentleman was able to give me a quote on price. The driver showed up earlier than expected, which was perfect since this ride was for my husband and son. I received texts for confirmation of order and when the driver was on his way with name and phone number. The text had the type of car and color. Driver was respectful and my husband said they chatted along the way. Over all would definitely ride with them again and recommend them.

Switched from Uber to Hanks. My enemy father is the passenger, and the driving team always makes sure he's well cared for, brings him directly to his drop off and pick up without any issues. Drivers always call before pick up, which is helpful for me since I'm setting up rides from another state. Highly recommend!

Called for a ride to work and was told 45 min wait time. I called back after an hour, and they said they said the driver was 10 mins away. Called again after 20 mins, and they said they had to get another driver, so another 15-20 min wait.so I canceled the ride and walked the 18 miles home. Almost got fired, so I won't be calling them again.

What a major difference from two years ago, when a different person owned this. I've had a business for 32 years and just had to use the services again, major major difference from Christine on down to the drivers, everyone was very personable and the quality of the drivers is much much better. I would use them over any taxi in Pasco county, they are the best 😊

This place is constantly discriminating against me. They tried telling me that my Little 9lb chiweenie puppy dog, which she is also legally a service animal through u.s service animals because I am disabled. That she is not allowed in their cars. There was 1 time not to long ago, that I called to schedule a car to pick me up at Publix after I was done shopping, and was told to call someone else because they said that they didn't have a big enough car for my little bit of groceries. And there was a time that a driver sit my groceries down on the dirty germ infested ground after I asked him not to, and me giving him a very nice tip. And there was also a time that a driver stole some of my groceries. And there is this 1 particular guy that claims to be a manager, and answer's the phones that always cusses at me and calls me names over the phone. And there is this 1 particular woman that is always rude to me and then she hangs up on me. I really need to speak with the owner, so this can be addressed to them and they can put a stop to this. The times that I have been able to get a car, to pick me up, I've always been a generous tipper and very polite, so I definitely don't deserve to be treated like this.

Scheduled a ride at 4:11 I've gotten 3 texts with 3 different drivers and it's now 5:30. I was told 30 minutes! Usually very happy with you but not today!!

Drivers are courteous and vehicles are always immaculate! With a membership every 5th ride is free. Would recommend this car service to fulfill your transportation needs. Several drivers deserve special recognition for their attention to detail and being conscientious of disseminating information to assist passengers timelines as well as budget constraints. A male driver,long dark hair, whose name escapes me, should be considered the industry standard and utilized for training purposes regarding customer service! I'll write a review specific to him when I retrieve his name. Thanks to the company as a whole for all the assistance! Much gratitude!
