Having recently returned from a wonderful Silversea Mediterranean cruise, Kristyn kept on top of all aspects of our travel adventure, from the time we booked right through keeping us informed of multiple up to the minute Frankfurt to Boston flight delays by Lufthansa. This is my 4th trip using Susan as my travel agent and I have no plans to use anyone else. Susan is a very knowledgeable travel agent. She is able to give travel advice and handle issues if they arise. She is the best travel agent I have used to book cruises. She has handled excursion bookings for us, which have been amazing. I highly recommend Susan for your travel needs. You will not be disappointed. Her communication is excellent and timely throughout the entire booking process.

Caroline Boyd at Keene Luxury Travel handled all of the details of our recent 15 day cruise vacation from Cape Town to Cape Town (stopping in a number of ports including a stop in Namibia). Everything was handled without issue and in a timely and professional manner.
