Thank you to the staff here. Front desk had a wonderful personality! Breakfast girls you guys did a great job with the food and making sure buffet was stocked and clean! House keepers thank you for keeping the hotel clean and always there when we needed items! You all should be proud of your hard work! My week there everyone seems always in a great mood! A plus to all of you!!

What makes this hotel exceptional is the kindness, cheerfulness, friendliness of its staff! One front desk clerk even baked cookies!

However, we tried to get onto WiFi several times and only succeeded once! Also, the clock in our room was an hour ahead when we checked and after dinner it was 3 hours behind. So this broken clock may not be right twice a day.

The room was clean and spacious
Breakfast was Delicious and had a variety of food to choose. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the lighting There wasn’t many lights for such big rooms. We will stay at the hotel again. 5/5.

Good Hotel, we had a problem with a not cleaned sofa bed. I went to the reception and told them that. The housecleaning service came immediately and changed the whole mattress and said sorry a lot of times. Don't get fooled by the pic, otherwise the room was super clean and the people are really nice.

I would recommend this hotel to just about anyone I know. It was a very beautiful and comfortable room and I enjoyed my stay very much. The food was terrific and the timing was very prompt. I was able to take a very long much-needed hot shower blow dry my hair and the bathroom was fully stocked with everything that you might need or want. I love the app that I downloaded to earn points for my stays and whatnot. And the staff was very friendly to me and I would be much obliged to come back if awarded some free rewards!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding an issue that occurred during a stay at this property. After being moved from my original room due to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, I was surprised to find that my credit card was charged for the room I was relocated from.

When I checked out, the front desk manager advised the staff to charge me for the room I had been moved out of. I was unaware of this charge until a staff member brought it to my attention, expressing her disagreement with the decision.

I promptly left multiple messages for the front desk manager, requesting a return call to address this matter. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts, I did not receive a response until I eventually spoke with her directly. During our conversation, she assured me that she would look into the situation and follow up with me, but to my disappointment, no return call was made, and the charge was applied to my card without resolution.

This experience has been incredibly unprofessional and concerning. Not only did the charge appear to be unauthorized, but the lack of follow-through and communication on the part of the front desk manager has left me dissatisfied and disappointed.

Positive: Tge hotel was very clean. Staff was excellent. Pool and hot tub atea very clean, enough chairs and tables. They have towels at the pool for you to use. Breakfast was great. Many choices. Beds were the best I've had in any hotel Negative: Nothing. It was perfect
