I was taken care of really nicely. Unfortunately they misdiagnosed with colitis and sent home with oral medication. Unfortunately that was not the correct diagnosis and I had a obstruction of the bowel. I went back 2 Days later. They figured out what was wrong with me and took care of us. I rate my hospital experience one of the best I have ever had. They were kind and timely with the medications that you need. Wonder in particular didn't handle her time well and I wasn't happy with her but every other team was fan dance. Thank you

We had came to the ER with very stressful and unfortunate circumstances and I must say, with high anxiety and stress, the staff was really amazing. I’ve had some very disturbing and unprofessional visits/experiences in the past, and it’s so amazing to see the difference in the atmosphere.

The ER Nurse Alex was extremely attentive, caring and such a calming spirit throughout this. Any concerns we had or if we put on the call light, she was right there and took care of the concern right away with no hesitation or dismissal. She is extremely educated for being so young and has that comforting, reassuring energy that comes in with her. Definitely in the right job and where she is meant to be.

While my mother was in CT, a nice young lady, Tabatha who works in EVS came in with such a big smile, positive attitude and was very respectful/professional. Such a big heart and work ethic like no other I’ve ever seen in that job position. Especially for working overnight, the energy and good vibes that poured from her will forever remind me that every person who works in the hospital plays an important role with the services and patient care that is received during your stay at the hospital.

I am extremely pleased with the staff all around this visit. So glad things are looking up for this hospital 🩡

My only complaint is, when bringing students to observe in to a Hospital patient's room, ask how the patient feels about it first. That was a very upsetting experience on top of what I was already dealing with. Otherwise, the staff was very caring and very nice. They did take great care of me. Thank you. Sa

Arrived in the ER around 730 PM
Checkin was fast. I was called into triage in about 15 minutes, where the nurse took my vitals and asked how I was feeling. She was polite and courteous.I was then moved to an examination room and underwent various tests all were done in a very timely matter.
All the technician and nurses and doctor were very caring and I was kept informed of all the test results.
I would Not hesitate to return for any additional health issues.

Everyone was very caring and checked on me all the time and made sure everything was all right with my health. And I was very very sick. It's very cold in the ER but I understand that because it helps keep the germs down. And they were very very busy lots of people sick.

Well I have the nurses were ok but in general the staff including and sometimes the doctors were horrible. They talk over you, don't listen to your actual complaint, as I was told that before I left the doctor would tell where my prescription could be obtained and approx when and they sent everything to the wrong state and now they don't call me back to rectify and I am unable to get life saving medicine. The ambulance workers took my paperwork with vital information and no one even bothered to look for it. I have been trying to resolve these issues for two weeks and it seems there is no one in charge or they couldn't care less.

I was brought in by ambulance due to urinating blood and blood clots and collapsing on our bathroom floor.
Once I get to the ER, the have me sit in a chair in an area in the ER then have me WALK back to an area with a recliner after I told them I had lost a lot of blood and I felt weak, he said well we don't have that far to walk. I had to keep stopping leaning against the wall.
Then they ask me for a urine sample and have me walk to the bathroom. While in the bathroom giving the urine sample I once again peed blood and blood clots and collapsed on the floor. I pulled the cord on the wall nothing happened I was able to reach up and grab the door knob and ask for assistance.
At that point they put me on a gurney and took me into a room. And without anything for pain, because believe me I was in pain, they started working on me inserting a specialized catheter that let saline come in and your urine out.
I kept asking for something for pain as I was groaning in pain. I was ignored. They finished doing what they needed to do got the IV in me and about a half hour later finally gave me something for pain. There was only one nurse that showed any compassion for me. He was kind and I wish I remembered his name. He is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars to the ER

My Mom was treated quickly as a stroke alert when arriving via ambulance. Over all satisfied with care except for a nurse named Alex. She did not explain anything as she was administering IV meds. My mom had to have a BM and was assisted to bedside commode. She thought she had finished but when was assisted to stand had continued w BM on floor. Nurse Alex literally gagged in front of my Mom and myself, very unprofessional πŸ˜•. I am an RN X 30 yrs and if an ER nurse can’t handle a little poop on the floor perhaps she is in the wrong field. Not very compassionate for her patients attitude was that of being bothered w basic needs. I feel like if I and my brother had not been there she would have been ignored and would have been vomiting on herself and pooping in the bed. ER nurses need compassion too
