I've been a patient many times here. And all that I can say is that this hospital and especially the staff really go beyond the great service that they provide. Making your stay as comfortable as possible. They will in some cases go beyond their duties to make you feel at home. Their input and output processing is just fantastic. The rooms are kept spotless, the lobby is relaxing to the eye, ( gives you the feeling like a resort ) and the reception process is rather quick. If you have to choose a hospital, choose Bayonet Point.

At first when they thought I had a stroke they were excellent. Once they determined it wasn't they totally ignored me. Gave me IV Hctz and gave me no way to urinate. I pushed the call button and waited almost an hour. I'm aware that there was an emergency. But other patients are important also
There was 1 nurse named Stacy that attended myself and 5 other patients in the ER holding area that was phenomenal. After that the nurse on the 3rd floor was horrible. I will NEVER go back to your hospital and none of my family and friends I felt tortured in the ER. I have worked in hospitals before and this was totally unexceptional.

Every patient experience may vary. I have to speak on my own. Due to my severe injuries, I was transported by helicopter to Bayonet Point on 2-2-25. From my first moment of clarity I was treated with nothing but respect, dignity, compassion and kindness!!!

Every Nurse, PCT, Dietary Aide, Housekeeper and the list goes on! Everyone of those team members made me feel comfortable and safe!!

These staff members are a reflection of YOU Bayonet Point! Please keep doing what you’re doing to create such an amazing team of people!

Very friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. I arrived at the emergency room at 10:30 pm on 2/7/25 experiencing a heart attack, I was immediately taken into the ER room where several doctors and staff began my treatment. I coded during my treatment, and fortunately was brought back to life. They then immediately took me into the operating room to insert a stent. I’m alive today thanks to a very experienced staff. There isn’t enough stars I can give this hospital to show my appreciation for the care I received throughout my stay.

Everything and everyone were wonderful! Anyone i cane in contact with were very helpful and caring. The anesthesiologist that I had Dr. Haynes Was wonderful very caring, sweet and calmed my nerves. Everything went well and the nurses were wonderful. The room I had was spacious and clean, and the nurses on the floor came as quickly as I pressed the button for help.

My review is only for the emergency room (ER). The check in process was very quick and easy. The front desk nurse was friendly and displayed compassion. The wait for triage was very fast; probably only 5 minutes. The nurses and doctors were very attentive. There was a problem with an IV being placed improperly, but the second attempt was successful. I was given medication to address my symptoms and given a CT scan to rule out any other issues. After my blood work and CT scan were analyzed I was cleared to return home. This was the fastest and most efficient ER visit I have ever experienced. Skilled and friendly medical staff all around. They even followed up with my general practitioner with my condition and outcome. I highly recommend this ER. I would rate 5 stars if not for the painful and improperly placed IV insertion.

Awful is the only word I can say. Iv- put back in waiting room for 6 hrs. Never checked on. Absolutely disgusting! Extremely sick with colitis- dehtdration- chills- headache. Never to see a DR. Only to have someone come to me and say its slight colitis- and discharged. Follow up with GI. Well here I am 4 days later. With dark urine- bloated stomach- pain in abdomen- no appetite- pleural pain- to end up deciding to go yo another ER for treatment. NEVER ever again will return here nor recommend. Only thing I heard about was No BEDS. People returning here sicker then they were originally.

First, I must say this is a clean and modern hospital with top notch staff. Everyone is very attentive and caring. A trip to the ER for a kidney stone was so painful and debilitating for my husband. The ER was thorough in diagnosing the problem with blood work, CT scan and a visit from the hospital MD to explain the problem. It did take a few hours of testing and waiting. Be patient, they will get your problem solved. He was then quickly admitted to the hospital for a surgical procedure to remove the stone the next day. He was in a LOT of pain so they keep him comfortable until the operation. He was assigned a very experienced urologist to do the procedure. The OR is ultra modern with the latest technology. After an extra day to recover he was sent home with very detailed instructions. The staff in the ER were GREAT! The staff nurses and doctors in the hospital were GREAT! Even the food people were caring and attentive. The food was very good and available when you were hungry. I would say this is the best hospital experience you could possibly have. Thank you Bayonet Point ER and Hospital for getting my husband back home and out of pain.
