I’ve waited far too long to write this much-deserved 5+ star review! The Africa Adventure Company, which came highly recommended to me, exceeded my expectations from the very first phone call with Elena. Together, we planned an unforgettable adventure for me and my 18-year-old son to celebrate before he headed off to college.

Every aspect of our trip was flawlessly executed—from seamless travel arrangements to next-level accommodations, as well as the incredible managers, guides, spotters, chefs, and staff. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and our expectations were consistently surpassed.

Our stays at the camps felt more like visiting old friends than staying at a hotel. A special shoutout to Caroline and Eric at Sala’s Camp, as well as our fantastic guides Moses and John at Sala’s Camp, and Susan and John at Solio. They made our journey not only enjoyable but also educational and deeply enriching—a truly eye-opening experience for both of us.

I should emphasize that yes! We saw every animal - up close and personal - that we hoped to! i just chose to share photos that show a few of the extra details provided by The Africa Adventure Company.

I could go on, but you get the idea: if you’re even considering a safari vacation, don’t hesitate—do it and plan it with The Africa Adventure Company. You won’t regret it!

Such an easy process to book our 30th anniversary trip. AAC was so informative and sent all sorts of information for us to be well prepared for our trip as well as held our hand the entire way through getting visas and each guide was well prepared with all itineraries and tickets we needed. My wife and I had the pleasure to visit Tanzania in September 2024. What a terrific experience it was. It was our good fortune to discover The Africa Adventure Company. The local staff was/is super friendly and exceptionally qualified. With their help we were able to develop an itinerary to our liking. And boy, what a trip it was. Each and every accommodation was exceptional, and all deserve 5 stars. Gran Melia Arusha, Tarangire Elephant Springs. The Manor at Ngorongoro, Siringit Serengeti camp as well as the Aurari Camp. You will not find better staff, food or accommodations anywhere. However, as is often the case, one individual stands out. Our guide.
Martin is first and foremost a naturalist. He was also our guide and driver. We still have not figured out how one person can be smart, courteous, terrific driver and navigator all rolled into one. For eleven days he ensured that we would see and experience Tanzania's fauna and flora. We would go back to Tanzania in a heartbeat. The Africa Adventure Company will be there to guide us when we are ready.

No question was too silly to ask and questions were answered efficiently. I had a problem with a flight at 3am Florida time. My after hours phone call was answered with problem solved within minutes (problem on airlines end. Not ours)
The tour company provided us with Wilson who was simply amazing and knowledgeable.

This was our first trip to Africa and to say it was a trip of a lifetime is an understatement! From the time we landed in Kilimanjaro to the time we left, everything from accommodations to the food to the hotel and tent staff was fantastic. And of course, I've saved the best for last. The guides that helped us throughout our trip were phenomenal! Our guide, Daniel Nyamoga was truly exceptional. His wealth and breadth of knowledge of his country, culture and nature was awe inspiring. He checked all of the boxes you could possibly want in a guide from personable, friendly, knowledgeable, fun and responsible. We felt very safe while he drove us and showed off the beautiful land he gets to call home. He went above and beyond to keep us comfortable and answered all of the questions we peppered him with throughout our trip. His kind spirit, beautiful voice and joyful dance are added bonuses. Everywhere we went from cities to the bush, everyone knew him which isn't surprising. Thank you to Africa Adventure Company for giving us the best guides in the business (Emmanuel, Daniel, Dosie and Isreal)! Thanks again Daniel! You have a rare gift of connecting with people. From this time forward I will listen to Elton John's "Daniel" with a new appreciation for I feel you are my brother!
