Family trip for thanksgiving. It’s our 3rd (I think) year for the holiday. We had a great time. The rooms are beautiful and the staff does a great job. The pools are great and VERY clean since they’re packed. It’s crowded , but a fun experience nonetheless.

Had a great experience at the hotel and would visit again, but don’t waste your time at the Beach Club. While you will get a lounge chair with no problem, service for drinks or food was terrible. Each team member also has a different answer and they were not family friendly. I was also disappointed in the management.

I had a conference at the property and brought my wife along. It was our first visit to the property. I am in the Resort/Spa business and have had the pleasure of visiting many outstanding properties.||My wife chose a room in the Towers. It proved to be an excellent choice. The room was outstanding with fantastic views. ||The teams at the Front Desk/Guest Services (Harrison/Pierre) and Top of the Tower (Connor, Mackenzie and Harrison) were outstanding. The Housekeeping team was amongst the best we have seen. I was also extremely impressed with the fitness facility and the pools.||My wife is now in the process of booking the property for a family vacation.||Highly recommend.

The Boca Raton is gorgeous, the amenities are amazing, and the rooms are spacious. But what really makes the resort amazing is the staff. Especially, Ralph the bellman. He went above and beyond to help me out and make sure that my stay went perfectly. Thank you so much!

We've stayed in an ocean view junior suite at the Yacht Club several times and it was wonderful each time except October 2024. Our room was not vacuumed prior to our arrival, hair was on the bathroom floor and the room was in need of multiple repairs. This is not a Hilton, and a top-notch level of service and cleanliness is expected and paid for. |Unknown to us, the glass shower wall was detached from the wall and the first shower taken flooded the bathroom floor. We called maintenance and they quickly fixed it. The TV was hanging crooked on the wall by a few inches which was never fixed. The tv bracket was falling off the wall. The king size bed collapsing to the floor on our second night. It happened at 10:30 PM so we slept half on the floor, and they fixed it the next day. With hundreds of top hotel stays under my belt, I've never had a bed fall apart. In case you are wondering, no we are not whales; I weigh 195# and my wife is 130#. On our 3rd day, someone broke a glass on the bathroom floor. The Yacht Club uses an opaque milk colored glass in the bathrooms. Someone tried to clean it up but left shards of glass around the bathroom and into the hallway. |The good parts of the Yacht Club were the view, the salon, the breakfast staff and the bell staff. The Yach Club lacks a top-notch restaurant so we opted for offsite dinners at Abe and Louie's, Capital Grille, and Trattoria Romana. All three are to die for. We will probably go back but will stay in a tower or at the beach club. The Yacht Club is no longer our favorite southern Florida resort and it's a shame.

My wife and i throughly enjoyed our stay of 5 nights at the Towers.||The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel so comfortamble that you get nervous. The personal butler service make s you feel pampered. For us it was a part work part relaxation stay. ||Worth every penny.

We stayed at the gorgeous Boca Raton yacht club for one night. We booked it through the platinum travel with our American Express card, which allowed us to get a 12 noon check in and a 4 PM guaranteed late check out. The entire experience was completely stellar. From the check in to the check out, they think of everything at the Boca Raton club. Every space is gorgeous- every amenity, thoughtful and well executed.

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary here. We stayed at the Yacht Club and loved every minute. The breakfast and spa access is worth it. We would go to Flybridge every evening for a nightcap. The spa amenities are so nice and very relaxing. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel||good. We will be back!
