I had a great time with Miami Aqua Tours! Alain, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing—super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience memorable. However, the audio system on the boat was a letdown. It was hard to hear and understand the announcements, which took away from the overall experience. If they fix the audio, this tour would be perfect!

Very interesting ride, more than the millionaire row, you really met the city, the cruises, the port and incredible skyline, a MUST do in Miami. The cherry on top was Vicky she help me a lot to bring with the best memories, she took me many pictures before and during the whole ride.

Only giving this a 4 star because I feel like the quality has degraded a bit since I experienced in 2019. Boarded late despite the boat being there and just lacked a sparkle. Your guide was very sweet though and a fun way to see Miami! The mall it docks at needs some serious work. Don’t recommend spending too much time there. Lots of great places nearby.

I went the sunset tour with Vicky and Oswaldo and it was amaizingggg, highly recommended. The views has no comparison when you see that orange sunset. Vicky was super gentility and she took the best pictures, not only in the souvenir that I took, also she take care of me in the ride and make sure I took beautiful pictures with all my family, at the same time Osvaldo gave me all the fun fact’s possible of the city 💯

The tour was just amazing. The host Lina is the right person for this, she made sure both English and Spanish speakers are on the same pace. I would definitely go on this tour again!
