I booked a flight through Priceline, then part of the trip was changed to a different time. That wouldn’t work for me, so I went to Destinations to see if they could help me. Boy could they!
I talked to Angie and I believe Tracy. They really know what they are doing. They told me I actually had to deal with Priceline, but printed out a new itinerary and told me what to ask for when I changed my flight. And they didn’t even want me to pay them a fee.
I will definitely use them again later in the summer for my next trip.

We worked with Tracee Williams and she was absolutely great! She helped us find the perfect honeymoon resort in Mexico that fit my wife and I perfectly. When American Airlines canceled our connecting flight on the way there and on the way back Tracee was super easy to get a hold of and helped us navigate the waters of booking a replacement flight - it was on the weekend too. Tracee Williams at Destinations in Fayetteville organized our trip to Antigua (it was a surprise birthday present). She selected the island and Hammock Cove Resort and the trip was absolutely amazing! Before we left, she gave us her cell phone in case we needed anything on our trip. We discovered at the last minute our return flights were canceled and when we called her on a Saturday (Thanksgiving weekend) she jumped on it immediately and within minutes we were booked for another night at our resort (thankfully not sleeping on the floor trapped in an airport somewhere) and she got our airline tickets re-routed for the next day. Through no fault of Tracee’s, our flights were delayed and then canceled in Miami the next day (Sunday) so we had to get re-booked all over again on Monday! We never expected to need her help once we left for our trip but wow she bent over backwards re-routing our return flights and it was Thanksgiving weekend! SUPERB SERVICE, and a DREAM VACATION, THANK YOU TRACEE!!!

My husband and I found Marsha with Destinations when searching for a honeymoon destination. She was amazing! She sent us many options within our price range to find the perfect place for us. Our original plans got cancelled due to a flight being cancelled during COVID, and Marsha was very quick (within a day) to get us rescheduled to a different destination, our flights refunded, and our deposit transferred. We couldn't have done it without her! We had an amazing time on our honeymoon and will definitely reach out to Marsha for any travel arrangements in the future!!

Tracee Williams and her company have done an amazing job in handling our travel problems.
