Please save your big day and run from From this company. Chrissy is constantly changing the name of her company so new brides can dodge her terrible reviews! She will promise you the world and steal your money as well as stealing money you gave to her to pay for vendors. My husband and I were victims. She actually cashed checks we wrote to vendors and did not pay them! She pocketed a 2400 check for our floral and recycled the floral from the wedding the day before for ours! There was proof and I even spoke to the bride from that wedding! She also was screwed over with her services.Stealing was not the only issue! Our save the dates were “lost in mail” which I caught her in a lie about as well as out invitations being sent out late. I also caught her in lies about that! It’s insane, we paid for the godmother package and didn’t get half of what was promised to us! The sad thing is I’ve been in contact with other brides and vendors that have been screwed over by this woman and her services! Save yourself! Go somewhere else and read the reviews !!! She will ruin your planning experience, not keep her word on what you request and lie and steal from you!

Beware of this company - the owner of Ideal Design Events, Chrissy Craft, started this company after she had to shut down her last one due to so many complaints and jilted brides. She did not perform a majority o the functions advertised and paid for, and instead of making brides lives easier, every bride I've spoken with that has used her in the past couple of years was left in tears over how she RUINED their day. If you want to see real reviews look up "Ideal Design Events" and see how she treated her most recent brides.
If you don't want your big day ruined and tainted by a scammer who takes thousands of dollars and then doesn't plan your wedding, stay away!
