LexEffect is without a doubt the best event service I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Kaelyn and her team are professional, on the ball and staff each event with a positive attitude and unfailing energy. Kaelyn managed my company's first ever concert event and took care of every last detail and answered all of our questions while helping us connect to key vendors and supporters. All events have their unique challenges but they were able to manage things we weren't even aware of and we were so grateful to have hired them to help us with this event. Kaelyn and her team did a fantastic job planning a bridal shower for my sister and fiancé. She was extremely organized and knew exactly how to pull our vision together within the budget. Kaelyn and her team were nothing short of amazing! Best decision we made in planning this wedding. Due to the pandemic we had challenges and changes and Kaelyn navigated them all for us with grace and optimism. She created a timeline that was a work of art and got everyone to the dance floor which is what we wanted. Her work ethic is second to none. She handled last minute issues I didnt have to worry about. In short as MOB I got to put my phone away and enjoy this once in a lifetime day with my daughter and that is priceless!

Kaelyn of Lexington Event Company (formerly LexEffects) was great to me and my now husband during the time leading up to our wedding as well as the day of. Every time I came to her with a concern, she immediately responded with effective and quick resolutions. She made my wedding planning easier and allowed me to bounce ideas off of her. On the day of she made sure it all ran smoothly and I never once was bothered with any questions from vendors (thankfully, because I wouldn't have had the time to answer them!). She managed everything from week--of timeline to reminding you of unpaid invoices, venue decorating, and keeping the wedding party and family in line. Glad to have had her there on our special day.
