Absolutely fabulous!!

My daughter was married 10/14/2023. Our venue required a wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding. Day of with Dana was recommended by our florist and the venue itself.

Dana was hired a couple of months prior to the wedding. We expected her to only help the day of the wedding. We were pleasantly surprised to learn she was immediately available to help coordinate and take over planning the wedding.

I can’t say enough good things about Dana, her services were invaluable toward making my daughter’s wedding perfect.

As with any wedding there was tension, stress, family drama and a few things that weren’t quite what my daughter wanted. Dana took care of everything flawlessly. For example, she relaxed the photographers which relaxed my daughter, she ran interference between vendors to ensure my daughter’s visions were carried through and between family members to reduce drama and ensure my daughter and son-n-law weren’t caught in the middle of it.

Dana kept everything on track. Her and her assistant Abagail set up the reception area and made it look amazing while coordinating everything else.

Dana was wonderful! She was extremely organized and very helpful throughout the entire process from hiring, to planning, to the actual event. My parents were out of town during wedding planning, and she made coordinating virtual meetings and in-person meetings very easy. My parents and I were able to enjoy the wedding day without any worry as Dana took care of everything perfectly!

Dana is literally the BEST!!! There is absolutely no way I could have gotten through my wedding day without her. I live in San Diego and was planning my entire wedding from 2100 miles away. She was on top of everything from getting the wedding day schedule put together, contacting all of my vendors, keeping us all on track the day of, putting together the reception layout, attending my final fitting so she could learn to bustle my dress, and so much more!! My dress ripped at one point before the wedding started and Dana was right there with double sided tape and a needle and thread to fix it. She had back up supplies for anything I needed for centerpieces, decorations, etc. I want to recommend her to literally every single bride who doesn't need a full planner, but needs someone on the day of her wedding to make sure it goes smoothly. I was able to actually enjoy my day and have fun with my friends because I knew Dana had taken care of everything!!

There aren't enough characters available for me to convey how much value Dana provided to our wedding. I felt so overwhelmed throughout planning, but planning sessions with Dana always helped me feel organized and empowered. She was fantastic about giving us short and long-term tasks as well as vendor recommendations. She was always kind, professional, and thorough. Dana was so helpful with wrangling vendors and was a tremendous advocate for me when I had difficulties in speaking up for myself in getting what I wanted. We had a ton of last minute difficulties from vendor cancellations to undelivered invitations and Dana was a lifesaver in every situation.

Wedding weekend, it is hard to imagine how our wedding would have been nearly as perfect without the caring hearts, ingenuity, and tireless efforts of Dana, Michelle, Cat, and Ginger. By the time I realized something needed to be done, Dana had already done it. It was like having a stage manager and crew for the entire event. The little touches from having a perfectly set meal with champagne before the first dances to having our bags perfectly packed with leftovers and our wedding playlist on in the getaway car were totally exquisite. The day after our wedding, one of our first takeaways of the day was that Dana could charge 5x her rate and it would be appropriate for the work done (Which you know is a wild thought if you just got done paying for a wedding.) But having more peace of mind on the best day of our lives is truly priceless. I would recommend Day of with Dana to any couple that wants to keep a shred of sanity through the wedding planning process.

If there was one vendor that was VITAL to our wedding day it was definitely Dana. I was hesitant at first about hiring a coordinator as I thought we were doing things "small" and all of my up front planning would mean there would be nothing to deal with the day of or the week of, and I am so so glad I changed my mind. Dana's expertise and her ability to keep things running smoothly was amazing. She was so helpful in our meetings leading up to the wedding and helped make our vision come true. In conversations since our wedding day everyone always asks what was the thing that went wrong on your day since something always goes wrong and my answer is always nothing, Dana took care of everything! We were both so relaxed and stress-free on our day because we knew that Dana had it under control. Her ability to coordinate with our photographer and all the other vendors was amazing and I am so thankful for how Dana took care of us throughout our entire reception and everyone else in our family.

Dana went above and beyond for me the day of my wedding. I don’t know what I could have done without Dana! She was kind to me and made sure I was okay the whole day. I can not say enough amazing things about what she did for me and my family. Some of my guests were rude to her and misunderstood something she said and she didn’t skip a beat and only was concerned about me and my groom without a single thought about herself! They attacked her character when she tried to understand why they were upset. Dana has amazing character and values and will stand by the bride and groom. I was impressed she was so mature and composed when they made comments to her. She only cared about me and my husband and our families, which shows her passion and integrity for her work.

My wedding was on 2/18 so please disregard any negative reviews made on that day by any guest.

FIVE STARS and so much more! I met Dana when I was a bridesmaid in a dear friend's wedding. She was the day-of coordinator, and I was so impressed by her professionalism and magician-like abilities to keep things moving seamlessly no matter what was happening. What a gem!

When I got engaged, she was one of the first people I reached out to because after seeing her in action, I felt confident her expertise and experience would help make our day amazing—and, wow, did she deliver.

My husband and I whole-heartedly agree that hiring Dana from Day of With Dana, LLC was the absolute best investment we made in our big day. She are her team were helpful, professional, intuitive, and altogether fantastic! I don't know how she does it, but she covered a vast array of areas—including rowdy (and lovable) groomsmen, unexpected challenges, and a whole lot of people and things—in ways that alleviated stress and pressure so we could really enjoy the day of our wedding. Efficiency and excellence all around! I'm so glad my path crossed with hers, and I can say with confidence that my wedding day was altogether better because she was a part of it.
