Jane was very informative on my rescheduling my vacation. I needed to make sure the other people in the group going were comfortable with the new dates I chose she offered to call me back so I could check with everyone glad I did because they were looking at different dates so she checked and got me set up with the new dates. Everything was explained to me and I really appreciated her help would recommend her to anyone.

We started to book a vacation and selected days, but did not confirm. Me and the wife changed our minds. So I canceled cancelation was confirmed and refund was confirmed
I Contacted them after 12 days, because I did not receive my refund. they refused to refund me.the Said that dates were set and confirmed when they were not.
They will lie and say whatever they want to not refund your money. And they have for customer care. Lady was very rude when I remained calm.
