As the mother of the bride, I am having difficulty formulating words to explain how incredible Heather at 27 Social Events was when helping us plan our daughter’s wedding. She is friendly, professional, calm and collected. She thinks of every detail. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the day is perfect. She has so much knowledge of the wedding industry. Most importantly, she responds to questions quickly and her communication skills are unparalleled. I have more daughters and will likely have more weddings in the future. She will be the first person I call when my other daughters get engaged. We couldn’t have done it without her. The wedding and reception ran flawlessly. Heather was everything I was looking for in a wedding planner and more! She helped make all of my wedding dreams come true! She worked day in and out to find the perfect vendors and decor to help bring my visions to life. She also acted quickly and found solutions to any issue that arose. I had a (self-induced) hiccup with my table cloths the day before the wedding and within 20 minutes or less Heather had been on the phone with another vendor and had over 20 steamed and pressed table cloths on the way! On my wedding day, I was getting ready to take my bridal pictures when my earring broke. I made a call to Heather and in no time she had super glue sent over to my airbnb to have my earring fixed. Although these issues may seem small to some, for a bride, even the smallest things can feel like a big deal. I was so thankful to have Heather there during those moments because she took so much stress off of my plate. She always brought the calm to my storm. Heather is very professional, personable, and so easy to work with. I would recommend her over and over to any bride looking for a wedding planner. She is simply the best!

Heather was such a blessing to me throughout my wedding planning journey!! She met with me several times before the actual wedding weekend and then served as my “week-of wedding coordinator.” She was able to recommend local vendors based on my ideas for the wedding and reception. She spent time making a schedule of wedding weekend events and focused on every small detail. She followed up with all vendors the week of the wedding to make sure the wedding weekend would run as smoothly as possible. The weekend of the wedding, I felt like I could enjoy all of the events and really be present with all of our family and friends. Heather made sure all wedding party members/vendors/venue staff knew what was supposed to happen and when. She made sure everything was running on time and everyone was where they needed to be. I did not have to worry about “being in charge” and I got to just be the bride on my wedding day!! I could not recommend Heather Martin enough.
