Staff is the greatest they looked after us if we had any complaints they came to follow up. Location close to everything. Tight for 3 adults for a long stay. If you want to have someone clean your room then expect to pay for the service. Daily bed service was not offered nor expected. Since I knew it was an extended stay I wanted to clean it myself anyway. There was renovation going on while staying and look forward to comeback to a new room with the new refrigerator and microwave if and when I need their services again.

Very nice updated rooms, clean, good location with a grocery store, restaurants, and easy access to the interstate.

Excellent service from management and staff. Special shout out to Miss Suzanne. She takes very good care of the hotel and her guests.

SO IN LOVE WITH OUR ROOM! 😍🥹 It was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The bed was super comfy, all the appliances worked perfectly, the shower had great water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. No complaints at all! Just keep to yourself while on the property, smoking does take place outside the rooms so wear a mask, overall area seems safe & we had no major issues!

I stayed at Siegel Select for 9 days. Management is very prompt and efficient. The residents are extremely nice and friendly. My studio was very clean and cozy. This will be my go to place whenever I need a place to stay.

Me and my fiance are renting a newly renovated studio suit and I can honestly say it's the nicest extended stay I have seen in orange park. The Manager in the office is so sweet and very understanding when it comes to payments. Thank you

This hotel has went down hill. The people there are absolutely trashy. The management and employees doesn’t care. The bugs, rats, drugs, overdoses, and the deaths & everything else. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN ASAP BEFORE IT GETS SERIOUS.

This is an awful disgusting place to stay. They have bedbugs on top of all the other filth. The first room I looked at had not been cleaned and it was late. The remote would not work for TV & there was a box with a chair in it laying in the floor as well. Urine on toilet seat! They said I could look at another room, even though I was told the one I had just viewed was their last room available. I looked at another room, which was also dirty, but she said it was only guys who had been working in the room earlier (maintenance). There was a smoke detector which had not been put up & cans of other things in corner of the room. TV was not working, but they said they would get it working which they did. I was exhausted from moving all day, but they said it was last room so I said I'd clean it to stay. You could tell someone had used the toilet again as well. It had bedbugs!! I made a video of the bugs and showed the desk clerk. I had never in my life been bitten by a bedbug!! I woke up to bites all over my back & arms and I had even layed one of my blankets on top of their comforter & covered with a sheet of my own. I was told no refund policy, but after telling them I would show my butt, I finally got most of it refunded, but just this morning left the General Manager a message I still have not received the entire refund. Btw, not Even an apology for any of it! No matter how tired you are, stay someplace else.

Let's seee. I can say some horrible things about this place but at the end of the day it comes down to the staff, the two lady's in the office are the best don't get it twisted disrespect them expect to get it back on Christmas I was kicked out of here and called a nuisance, they gave me another chance three months later and I did a 360 they allowed me back. The ppl who live here are the ones you gotta stay on your p and q around cause they will steal or snitch on you so fast.
