This is a great place, room was clean and bed was comfortable. What more can you ask for. The lobby was great decorated for Christmas. Big spacious and seen people hanging out. I’d definitely stay here again. Staff was nice, didn’t have much interaction with them but always greeted me when I returned. Hallways were clean, elevators were worked, parking was good. I really can’t think of anything negative. It’s 5 stars because of all the above and the price I paid.

Our stay began with a warm welcome from the check-in staff. I had checked in online so the process was simplified. Our room was immaculate and well stocked. The breakfast included many options and the breakfast staff (Charita I believe) was welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast and dining area was immaculate and we observed the staff thoroughly cleaning the area.

We didn't have the housekeeping staff clean our room during our stay, but Adeline greeted us in the hallways and was very pleasant.

I have already recommended this hotel in Orange Park to others, and I will return here when I'm in the area.

We have stayed at many Choice Hotels properties, and this was by far the best. We arrived late at night amd were greeted by 2 very friend gentlemen, who greeted us by name and had ohr key waiting for us. The also had fresh coffee and cookies which was a great treat. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. The hotel is quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast exceeded expectations, as did the beautiful lobby. We really enjoyed the large Scrabble board. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Aside from the rooms and facilities being nice, clean, and spacious, the staff was super helpful. I happened to leave my Garmin watch in the room after we checked out, and as soon as I realized (about an hour later) I called in and asked if the had seen it. They went up to the room I had stayed in and looked for me and sure enough they found it! This took some real honesty and I am so grateful to the staff that helped me get my watch back.

The atmosphere was quiet, clean and relaxing. Staff was courteous and helpful. The main lobby and entry way were always clean and neat. On my return from being out and about l came back a refreshed room. Thanks to Araceli. |I did not get up early enough to catch breakfast. But if it is anything like the service I'm sure breakfast was on point as well.

This is where I always stay when I visi my daughter in Jacksonville. Very clean, food is good, most staff is amazing.
Lourdes at the front desk was rude and short with me and my questions.
This is the 1st time i have seen or dealt with her, and I have stayed here at least 10 times I would say overall.

Liz at the front desk is the sweetest ever! She was so kind and professional and made the whole experience a pleasure. I Stayed here for 4 days in the area for work, and she always greeted me as well as everyone with a smile and great personality everyday! She truly is the definition of hospitality worker and a great human being.

I travel the entire country for a living so when someone makes an impression that's a big deal as I stay in hundreds of hotels a year, the world needs more people like Liz!

I always use choice hotels when available. This hotel was the best rated one in the area, so I rolled the dice. As I entered the lobby, I knew I made the right choice. It smelled genuinely clean. Danish at the counter was super nice and engaged with me like a person and not just a customer. The rest of the staff were always smiling. All the other people staying seemed happy too. There’s literally a Costco and Sam’s club next door.
