Loved my stay here. The location is great, has tons of restaurants and shops. I traveled from nyc and didn’t pack much, was able to run out the hotel and grab new clothes and all my necessities from a walking distance. ALSO YOU MUST HAVE BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL ! It was so fresh. I did not miss a single day.

One of the worst hotel stays of my life.
We arrived late around midnight to about 5 people mingling and being loud one room down from us, not a big deal, we fell asleep. 6am my husband had to wake up for work and we realized all the power is out. There was no storm, no rain, nothing at all, but no power in our room. He had to get dressed and shave his face pretty much in the dark with me shining my cell phone flashlight to help.
After he left power came back on afew hours later, it was very stuffy in the room with no AC for hours while the power was out, and I finally managed to fall asleep when I was able to run the AC, housekeeper woke me up banging on the door at exactly 9:57am, called the desk for late check out and the response I get is “we don’t have any today”, and that I have to be out of the room at 11am. I leave for 10 min to get coffee across the street and come back shes outside my room again, guess she thought I left and rushed to service it. Who treats their employees like that?
Paid $150 to stay here for one night and it’s a dump, sketchy people all around, and the cleanliness of the rooms are questionable.
I will pay more to stay elsewhere next time, because this hotel lost my business.

We stranded here as Holiday Inn canceled our reservation and we were forced to take the next best hotel we could find since all hotels in Clearwater seemed to be fully booked. As such we were able to grab the last room late at night for a price we would usually not pay for a hotel in this category.

However, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were okay but nothing special. As our room was the last room they had for the night, I guess we did not get one of their best rooms. At least the room was acceptably clean but was on the groundfloor and had no view. The bathroom seemed to have been renovated recently.

We left early the next day, so not sure of they offer breakfast. Parking was free and no problem at all, even late at night.

A 100 bucks would be probably reasonable for the room we had. Due to our misery we had to pay more than double and this was way to much.

We are very thankful to be here and this place has came a long way since a few years ago. The room is clean and comfortable to be in. It has been pretty quiet here. You can't even hear/feel the people upstairs; it's as if there isn't anyone up there, but I know there is. This building must be very sturdy and well built.
Pets are welcome and they even have dog bags available for you. They have a jacuzzi and a restaurant/bar and cafe. Everyone has been very nice and accommodating; especially Tonya, Robin and Renee in housekeeping (actually all of the housekeepers are nice) and Jolinda and Kevin at the front desk, who have gone above and beyond for us. Mike the maintenance man (I believe is his title) is always working hard. He is always doing something. It has been a good stay here and way better than I imagined. It would be nice if the pool area could be open until 11, but at least it is here for us. We thank you!

Positive: Nothing Negative: Staff not friendly, room not clean as dust was on sheets and a left over sock in the corner. Fire alarm started chirping so had to wait for maintenance to come and replace battery which to me means regular maintenance does not occur.

Terrible stay, would never return

This hotel had an internet ad that the room rate Included a Hot Breakfast - yet they Refused to provide their noted meal. Scam alert !!!
Allows noisy, barking dogs (pet friendly)
Dirty, old rooms. Rarely received adequate maid service
Next to HI way 19 with a lot of traffic noise and frequent sirens
Lax security. Their door lock system frequently fails, and one can easily get replacement door access key WITHOUT providing any identification to the front desk personnel - not even verifying one's name registered to the room

The room was super nice and nice to see nice white sheets, towels and Lord a clean white bathtub. It was nice to have coffee in the morning. My 4 day stay was peaceful and I didn't have to worry about noise. The pool area is beautiful. Ty Quality Inn my stay with you was great. Your Cleaning crew gets a 10⭐ from me. Room was super clean. This is where I'll be staying should I ever need a quiet getaway

The breakfast spot here is the best around , will always make the drive to eat here before anywhere else. Tiffany and Julie make the best team there customer service and cooking are amazing..They are why we come to this Hotel and breakfast spot. Best Breakfast in pasco County and Pinellas. The amount of food for the price is amazing.
