My family chose the Hacienda as the venue to host a 40th anniversary party for our parents. We had 50 guests, and the staff were fantastic to work with from day one. The hotel is beautiful, and everything went perfectly. There was a miscommunication about the privacy of the event, but the staff worked with us and were quick to make it right, which we really appreciated. The bar staff did a great job, and everything was set up and ready to go on time. The food served was very excellent (chicken and brisket), and we’d highly recommend the Hacienda if you’re looking for an event venue. Big thank you to their team…we’ll be back!

I had a reservation for 5 nights and when I booked the room I asked for the least expensive room. It was very small! Fortunately for me, the heater did not work and Oscar was so kind and upgraded me to a beautiful large room with a large bath, foyer and great windows looking out to Main street. I booked for one additional night. The hotel was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The restaurant was very good. I will be returning to visit with family soon and will definitely plan to stay at the Hacienda again. Thank you Oscar for your kindness!

This review is specifically for the hotel restaurant - Sasha’s - but I’ll throw in some general comments as I’ve stayed overnight here as well.

I’ve eaten here a few times, and the food is always good, but yesterday we had Sasha’s cater a private event and the food was AMAZING! Head chef Brandon is so easy to work with, and he personally created a menu to fit our needs and budget.

All of our guests were extremely impressed with the quality and flavors of the dinner.

Generally speaking the Hacienda Hotel is a true gem and is becoming a beacon of New Port Richey.

As other reviewers have noted, the rooms are smaller than modern hotels, but have you taken a moment to ponder the fact that this place was built nearly 100 years ago?

The hotel is always very clean, spotless in fact and the staff are top rate.

A huge shoutout to hotel manager Rafe for being so helpful and attentive, and all of the staff here.

My husband and I stayed here as a small getaway in our own town. We love this area and we were both excited when the old hotel was finally in the process of being restored. This was our first official stay here, and it was an absolute pleasure. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful, the lobby is gorgeous, and the staff is more than accommodating. We also really enjoyed the many nooks and balconies to relax in peace and enjoy the view. Downtown New Port Richey has come such a long way. We will be back again!

Had to be in New Port Richey for a family event on 11/23/24 and spent the night of 11/22/24 at the Hacienda. What a delightful surprise. The hotel was clean and comfortable and well decorated. Nothing over the top just class. Oscar greeted us upon our arrival and was pleasant and informative concerning the history of the hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The area is walkable to coffee shops and other restaurants but there is a restaurant just off the lobby that is perfect. Don’t miss this place we will definitely come back.

The Hacienda has been restored to wonderful ambiance. Breathe of fresh air! The lobby is so inviting. Oscar, one of their employees on the front desk, was extremely accommodating and loves working here. New Port Richey is a gem with so much to do and is very walkable. No need to drive anywhere.

This was our first stay at the Hacienda Hotel. The hotel is beautifully restored and has a great vibe. Our king room was tastefully decorated, very clean and appointed with all the necessities. Oscar, who checked us in, has an infectious charm and instantly made us feel right at home. The hotel is perfectly located to walk to the downtown historic district of NPR. We lived our stay and will be back for sure. Thank you for making our stay special.

Everything about our visit was exceptional. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, all were personable and professional. The hotel was spotless and beautifully remodeled. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The food in the restaurant was beautifully prepared and our server was great. We definitely would return for another visit for a chance to explore a little more of the surrounding area.
