I made a huge mistake renting from this company for a corporate event. I rented a “snow machine”(not real ice, bubbles that look and fall like snow) I had my husband pick it up as I was slammed at work. The first issue is that I paid the entire fee up front. My mistake and I know better. It was required but I should have stayed away from them just based on that alone. The snow machine would stop working every minute or so and not come back on. I emailed that night and they told me the machine needed a dedicated circuit. I already had it on a dedicated circuit (that was on the invoice directions) but the power I had available to me must not have been enough to run the machine even on a dedicated circuit… I don’t know for sure. We spent an hour trying everything possible and unplugging other devices from other circuits to see of the circuit was bad. The breaker was not tripped by the machine so I don’t really understand what went wrong. I do know that for $650 they should have delivered to the event and made sure I was up and running. This issue is partially on me for choosing them in the first place but I have been slammed at work and I was in a hurry. They refunded $150 of my $650 fee so I am out $500 and had a bunch of disappointed clients. Merry Christmas to me. ☹️ Don’t rent from them!!!!
