We just returned from our cruise and Jenn helped us book our excursions in Nassau and Amber Cove. She did lots of research and vetting that saved us time and landed us 2 AMAZING VIP experiences! She was in constant contact throughout our trip making sure everything went as planned, made sure we had our tickets, etc. Our excursion in Nassau was at a 5 star hotel where we were able to tour their wine cellar - the 3rd largest private collection in the world! The tour was followed by a 5 course lunch where a sommelier perfectly paired each course with wine from their cellar. In Amber Cove we were greeted at the port by our private transport that took us into the “locals only” areas of the city where we toured churches, markets, Amber museum, chocolate factory, rum factory, and again had a wonderful, authentic Dominican lunch. Could not have asked for a better way to spend time in 2 ports we rarely get off the ship for! Jenn went above and beyond, made sure to chat with us so she understood our budget, likes, and that all translated into a trip that felt like it was designed just for us!

My boyfriend and I went on our first international trip to Bolivia, and Mo was amazing with helping us plan our adventure around the country. From the city of La Paz to Copacabana, Mo organized everything seamlessly. One highlight was the private boat ride to Isla del Sol, and our visit to the stunning salt flats at the Salar de Uyuni was an unforgettable experience. The entire trip was perfectly planned. Our driver was fantastic and kind, always ready to help with our luggage. Additionally, our English-speaking tour guide was incredible, not only knowledgeable but also a phenomenal photographer who captured beautiful memories for us. The hotels we stayed in were clean and had very friendly staff. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, giving us the perfect start to our days. Mo was well-prepared for all our questions and was always easy to communicate with.

My husband and I have been wanting to go to Machu Picchu, Peru for the longest time. We reached out to Mo and he has been amazing in planning everything. We had all our flights, transportation, and hotels taken care of and we never worried about anything for our 10 day trip. The whole trip was meticulously detailed from when we were getting picked up, to the time we were suppose to be dropped off at our hotel after our excursions. The accommodations that were chosen for us throughout the trip were clean, friendly, and wifi was readily available (even up in the mountains in Cusco). Leading up to the trip, Mo would keep us posted through calls/emails if flights were changed or if additional travel documents needed to be sent in. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. We met so many friendly people during our travels, I would definitely recommend Travel Box International and especially Mo! 😄

Mo, our travel advisor is the BEST!!! He is very attentive and pays attention to details. Follow ups are quickly done. We booked our first Virgin Voyage out of San Juan, loved loved the ship, crew and ports we visited. Have already booked a 7 nt out of San Juan in February 2025 and a back2back in September 2025.
