Very good experience traveling with Risa. Everything went extremely smooth from the transportation all the way to checking into the resort. Risa travel did a very good job getting us prepared for the vacation and ensuring we had all the needed documents. My family and I went to Punta Cana mid June and stayed at RIU PALACE BAVARO. We had a great wonderful time. The Hotel is beautiful, the room is very nice and very clean. The service in the front desk, rooms, restaurants, pool, beach is excellent! The staff is very professional, courteous, helpful and pleasant. The food is great and they have many varieties to choose from but the only thing is that there’s no Lobster in June due to mating season, we will go in August next time. We didn’t go on any excursion due to fear but will do them next time. I loved my trip and will return every year and to the same Hotel.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff. You can't go wrong with this hotel. The food and drinks were plenty and the staff didn't allow you to.lift a finger. We will be going back to the Hyatt next year. I booked the trip with this agency and Yanelkis Angulo was excellent.
